Unit 98- 1 Bedroom 1 Bathroom Condominium with Partial South Gulf Views. | This newly renovated 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condominium is located on the 9th floor of our Grande Tower Building and requires a 5 night minimum stay. The partial view of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and our white sandy beach can be seen from this unit which is perfect for watching evening sunsets! To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our one bedroom units sleep a maximum of 4 people. The living room is equipped with a 65" flat screen TV with Direct TV service for your enjoyment. The bedroom is furnished two queen size beds with a 50" flat screen TV. The bathroom has a walk-in shower with a bench. The kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. It is fully equipped with the necessary items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a 12 - cup coffee maker. The condo has tile throughout. It is beautifully furnished with an enclosed balcony with sliding windows and the most spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico, which will make your stay a memorable one.
Deposit & Cancellation Policy:
Please Note: Payments will be automatically taken on the date they are due with the credit card given at the time of booking. Changing units is considered a cancellation and all cancellation policies apply.
We require a rental contract is signed in the first 24hours after creating a reservation, A $200 cancellation fee will apply to all reservations canceled. If canceled 31 days or more to the scheduled arrival date, funds will be refunded fully minus the $200 fee. canceled within 30 days of arrival date funds of 50% will be refunded minus the $200 cancellation fee. If cancelled on the day of arrival or a no-show, all monies will be lost.
