About this apartment rental
This two bedroom/two bath condo is clean and waiting for your arrival! Centrally located on Midnight Pass in the gated community of the Sarasota Surf and Racquet Club, this unit has everything at your fingertips for the perfect vacation. Resort accommodations include two heated pools (one bordering the white Siesta Key sand), fitness center, private beach, business center, 24-hr security and office staff onsite to help with check-in and answer any questions you may have during your stay. You can walk the beach while watching the sunrise, or head one mile into the the famously known Siesta Key Village. The Resort provides lounge chairs at the pool and at the beach. Umbrellas are available to rent for a small fee. Beach front grills are available to reserve on a first come first serve basis.
This second floor unit that is conveniently located between the pool and tennis courts with only a short 650ft walk to the beach through the complex. There is an elevator in the building. For your convenience laundry facilities are available on the 2th floor.

The floors were very dirty. We honestly questioned if they were ever cleaned prior to our arrival. There were also several other maintenance issues and the unit could definitely use an upgrade. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The resort is beautiful and very convenient with beautiful beaches and perfect access

The property is out dated. Peeling paint, blood stains on the comforter, dust allOver the ceiling fans. Lighting is horrbile. Bathroom plug doesn't work and plastic clips behind door broken off
