About this apartment rental
Unit 105- 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Condominium with Partial Gulf Views. | This beautiful two bedroom two bathroom Gulf view condominium is located on the 10th floor of our Tower Building. Views of the Gulf of Mexico can be seen from this unit, perfect for watching evening sunsets! The master bedroom has a beautiful king size bed with a 32" flat screen TV and the guest bedroom has two queen size beds with a 55" flat screen TV. To comply with the Sarasota County fire code, the maximum number of guests permitted to sleep in this unit is six. The living room has a sofa sleeper as well as a 42? flat screen television with Direct TV service. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower, and the guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination, both with granite counter tops. The kitchen has granite counter tops and is fully equipped with all the necessary items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, coffee maker and a Keurig machine. The condo has tiles throughout. The patio is incorporated with the living room and has sliding windows that allows you to enjoy the lovely coastal breezes. The pool on the beach shown in the photo is not part of our property.

We love this place. You can walk along the sidewalk or down the beach to get to all the shops and restaurants. We don’t rent a car, we walk everywhere. The condo is clean and comfortable. We were two couples and a baby and this place was roomy and accommodated us well.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We loved the ability to rent the umbrellas and our chairs were set up. We would have loved a lanai but none of the units had outside areas, I believe. We will be back, thank you.
