Unit 115- 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Condominium with Partial North Gulf Views. | This fully renovated (2018) two bedroom two bathroom condo is located on the eleventh floor of our Tower Building. The amazing gulf views from this unit allow you to enjoy our beautiful sunsets! Possibly sighting a manatee, or the dolphins playing in the surf. Because of its location, it is a short stroll to our white quartz beach and the azure blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This beautifully decorated condominium is perfect for a Siesta Key vacation. The spacious master bedroom has a king size bed with a 32" flat screen TV, and the guest bedroom has two queen size beds with a 43" flat screen TV. The living room is equipped with a large 65" wall mounted, flat screen TV with DTV service for your enjoyment. The maximum number of guests permitted to sleep in this unit is six. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower, and the guest bathroom has a shower/tub combination. The open plan newly renovated kitchen has granite counter tops, all new stainless steel appliances, and an abundance of cabinets. It is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, and coffee maker, also a keurig. The condo is fully tiled throughout. The comfortably furnished screened-in patio allows you to enjoy our warm tropical breezes. The pool on the beach shown in the photo is not part of our property.Deposit & Cancellation Policy:
Please Note: Payments will be automatically taken on the date they are due with the credit card given at the time of booking. Changing units is considered a cancellation and all cancellation policies apply.
We require a rental contract is signed in the first 24hours after creating a reservation, A $200 cancellation fee will apply to all reservations canceled. If canceled 31 days or more to the scheduled arrival date, funds will be refunded fully minus the $200 fee. canceled within 30 days of arrival date funds of 50% will be refunded minus the $200 cancellation fee. If cancelled on the day of arrival or a no-show, all monies will be lost.

Perfect in Every Way!This unit was absolutely perfect in every way and exceeded our expectations. The location is unbeatable—just steps from the beach with gorgeous views and only minutes from the village. The trolley stop is conveniently located right at the main entrance, making it easy to get around without ever needing to drive.The condo itself is beautifully updated with stylish furnishings and décor, and it was exceptionally clean and well-stocked. The owners have truly thought of every possible essential a traveler might need. From family games and books to all the everyday necessities, everything was provided. We were especially impressed with the beach amenities, including beach toys, floats, a wagon, umbrella, and plenty of beach towels.The property amenities were fantastic as well, including covered parking, two pools, a fitness center, shuffleboard courts, and pickleball courts. There was always something to do for every member of the family.The beach itself was simply amazing—the prettiest beach we’ve ever visited, with crystal-white sand that stays cool to the touch even on warm days. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beauty of the area.The rates were very reasonable for everything that was included, and the overall value was outstanding. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are already looking forward to returning. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for the perfect beach getaway!!!

Lounge chairs are provided by the property. First come, first serve. The property sits right on the beach with floor to ceiling windows giving you beautiful views of the beach, water and sunsets. There is no water view balcony but with the views from the windows it wasn’t a big deal to us. The property was clean, the unit well stocked with the essentials and close to everything. We would stay here again.

Reviewer Comments:
The rental was nice but missing a few things. One is there were rugs but the unit provided no vacuum, so I spent my time cleaning with a broom and then having to call and lay for the cleaners to come in because no matter how hard you try sand doesn’t come out of a rug. The second bathroom shower couldnt be used because the drain didn’t work properly and you would stand in a pool up to your knees of water. I tried to use the dishwasher but ended up having to rewash what I put in. The very small patio was old, furniture was good to dry a towel on not to sit and relax while looking at the parking lot. The two sliding doors did not close properly and left a draft to come in making the rooms hotter. I have stayed at the Palm several times and each unit I previously rented was kind enough to leave a few things for your trip to the beach, This rental provided nothing for guests. You would think at the amount you’re paying for a weeks rental you would at least have a little cooler or a vacuum.
