About this apartment rental
This two bedroom/two bath condo is clean, recently updated and waiting for your arrival! Centrally located on Midnight Pass in the gated community of the Sarasota Surf and Racquet Club, this unit has everything at your fingertips for the perfect vacation. Resort accommodations include two heated pools (one bordering the white Siesta Key sand), fitness center, private beach, business center, 24-hr security and office staff onsite to help with check-in and answer any questions you may have during your stay. You can walk the beach while watching the sunrise, or head one mile into the famously known Siesta Key Village. Available in this unit is a pack-n-play if you're traveling with a little one, a cooler on wheels to take your snacks and beverages to the beach, as well as a collapsible wagon to help carry your beach towels, toys, etc. The Resort provides lounge chairs at the pool and at the beach. Umbrellas are available to rent for a small fee.
This ground floor unit is easily accessible through the front sliding glass doors or the main door with a grill and picnic table just outside for your grilling pleasure. For your convenience laundry facilities are available in the C Building as well.
Depending on when you visit, you may be able to take advantage of tennis lessons, free Yoga classes on the beach or nightly live music on the deck. Get this little piece of paradise booked for your next vacation!

Great location. Walking distance to the beach and two pools. Owner was very quick to respond with any questions or concerns. Condo is well supplied with everything you need including a large cooler on wheels, large beach cady on wheels and everything you need in a kitchen. Very nice to have beach chairs at no charge available. Beach umbrellas are available for a charge if you like. BEAUTIFUL beach. Take the trolley or other forms of transportation to Siesta Village right outside of the entrance. Can't go wrong with this place.

From the time we arrived to the time we left everyone was very accommodating and friendly. We enjoyed waking to the beach, playing tennis and just hanging out at the condo after a busy day!

We had a great 5 day stay here! The condo was very clean and in a great, quiet location. The office staff were very friendly and the host was easily accessible but we really didn’t have any needs.

Listing photo shows a great oceanfront view. Reality is you get a first-floor view of a parking lot. Condo was just "ok", but not in a llocation we expected at.all.
