Unit 112- 1 Bedroom 1 Bathroom Gulf Front Condominium

It was an absolute pleasure staying at this property. The staff in the front office were lovely at check in and helpful when we had visitors for the day. The unit itself was clean, as pictured, and was perfect for our family of 3. Beds and furniture were comfortable and the view was stunning. We even started planning our next stay while we were still there enjoying our trip. We can’t wait to come back!

The first thing we said upon entering the condo was “WOW!” The view was even better than the photos. Clean, comfortable property, too. The Palm Bay office staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would love to return someday!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were there at the end of February and beginning of March. Great place. On the 11th floor, the view was superb. The only visible damage from the two hurricanes were a few boarded windows (not in our rental) and some missing palm fronds. The clean up work has been very effective. The beach sand was all there and as powdery as ever. The water was around 68o, a liitle chilly, but we could wade in it. The red tide map showed the area around Siesta Key as being clear the whole time we were there. The best part (among a number of great parts) was the swimming pool. Sherry and I are both lappers and the pool was exceptional. Big enough for long laps and heated to a comfortable level to make entry easy, but not too hot to swim for stretches of time. Check in and check out were quick and easy, and the counter staff always helped with a smile. Traffic on Siesta Key can be a crawl during the day. Evenings generally were not a problem, but the daytime demanded extra time in planning if driving was involved.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was nice and great location. Clean and well equipped. Issues were that the people running the chair cabana set up were rude and we were not informed of the recess upon check in. Only one elevator worked which was inconvenient. Also there was a very loud party of about 100 teens on the beach on Saturday night until about 1-2 AM. Nothing was done about until although in the list of rules that you are given quiet hours start at 10 pm and no minors are allowed without adults.
