Unit 112- 1 Bedroom 1 Bathroom Gulf Front Condominium. | This 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condominium is located on the 11th floor of our Tower Building. The full view of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and our white sandy beach can be seen from this unit which is perfect for watching evening sunsets! To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our one bedroom units sleep a maximum of 4 people. The bedroom is furnished with two queen size beds with a 50" flat screen TV. The bathroom has a bath tub with a grab bar. The living room has a 50" flat screen TV with Direct TV service for your enjoyment. The kitchen is fully equipped with the necessary items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, a coffee maker and a Keurig coffee machine. The condo has a tile floor with carpeting in the bedroom. It is beautifully furnished and has a screened in balcony, allowing you to enjoy the warm tropical breezes from the Gulf of Mexico, which will make your stay a memorable one.

It was an absolute pleasure staying at this property. The staff in the front office were lovely at check in and helpful when we had visitors for the day. The unit itself was clean, as pictured, and was perfect for our family of 3. Beds and furniture were comfortable and the view was stunning. We even started planning our next stay while we were still there enjoying our trip. We can’t wait to come back!

The first thing we said upon entering the condo was “WOW!” The view was even better than the photos. Clean, comfortable property, too. The Palm Bay office staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would love to return someday!

The condo was nice and great location. Clean and well equipped. Issues were that the people running the chair cabana set up were rude and we were not informed of the recess upon check in. Only one elevator worked which was inconvenient. Also there was a very loud party of about 100 teens on the beach on Saturday night until about 1-2 AM. Nothing was done about until although in the list of rules that you are given quiet hours start at 10 pm and no minors are allowed without adults.
