One of the best accommodations I have stayed in.
The location is exceptional! It is a one minute walk to Nea Chora beach and all the beach side restaurants. It is a 15 minute walk to Chania Old Town and the amazing Venetian harbour.
Unusually, we didn't make any trips - we didn't need to! We enjoyed the culture and entertainment that Chania had to offer, including the Archeological Museum, the Football Museum, walking the harbour wall and all the beautiful shops. Handmade ceramics and leather goods abound. And we had some excellent food. I would recommend Woodstock in Nea Chora for breakfast, and Glossitses and Well of the Turk near the old harbour for the evening. Fama, a cosy restaurant right near the apartment is also well worth a visit!
And to the apartment. Scrupulously clean, well equipped, comfortable and beautifully furnished! Also, a lovely gift in the fridge, and useful household items you don't always get, like laundry soap and dishwasher tablets. There was so much attention to detail.
The terrace with its plunge pool was the icing on the cake. Something to stay in for! And the view - see the photos with the tree - morning and sunset!
Dimitris was a great host, and if I returned to Crete I would book in a heartbeat!

Deilig med et eget lite svømmebasseng. Store, fine soverom. Velutstyrt leilighet. Nært både havn, gammelby og strand. Verten svarte kjapt og positivt på alle henvendelser.
Slitne glass på kjøkkenet, for lite varmt vann når fire skulle dusje.
