It was very comfortable for a family of four and the beach was right at the door step, easy walk to old Chania. In addition all appliances were great plus a parking spot if you rent a car.

What a great stay, the apartment is spacious luminous and very comfortable. It is fully air-conditioned with big smart tv’s, a kitchen that is equipped with everything you may need. Bathroom is also very big, beds were very comfortable and clean.
Wifi very good in all spaces. We loved to sit in the balcony where you can see partially the sea.
One minute from the beach 10 m the old town 5 m from the central station. In neighborhood there is a bakery super market pharmacy and beautiful restaurants and cafes nearby. Yet peaceful and quiet. Parking space is also an asset especially in the summer.
All was functioning as expected. Fully equipped, and in perfect condition.

Close to the beach and only 17 min walk to the beautiful old town
The apartment has everything one needs ( from kitchen utensils and plates to microwave, huge fridge and oven )
Three separate air conditioning units - each bedroom and the living room.
Lots of storage space.
The greatest asset of the apartment was Eleanna ( the manager) - always one Whatsup message away, always ready to make our stay better. ( due to her, I increased the rating by 2 stars - from 6 to 8)
The bed in the small bedroom is squeaky and the mattress way too soft.
In order to have a shower one needs to wait for 20 min or so so the water gets warm.
( ok, that may be the situation in Chania - maybe - but if one cannot have a warm shower when coming home from a long day, one should not pay Switzerland prices for the apartment)
The shower has no curtain - so one needs to be extra careful not to flood the whole bathroom.
The TV has just Greek channels ( We searched for a long time ) For the huge price they charged us you would expect the owners to spend about 1 euro per day to get us some international channels.

This was a great location. 1.5 blocks to a perfect beach and many many restaurants. Apartment had everything we needed.
Only negative is that you had to wait 20-40 minutes for hot shower.
