Location is great, easy to park car, beach on the left, beach on the right! Abou 15min walk to the Old Port by the sea. Location is very quiet. Minimarket is 50m away, restaurants are all around in short walking distance

The flat was exceptionally clean and updated. It's location was absolutely perfect. Steps from the beach, 180° view of the water and Chania, quick walk to restaurants and Old Town. Really lovely welcome by the host with pastried and goodies. They brought us spare towels to use for the beach. Was a wonderful experience for our family of 4.
The a/c in the living room leaked (I'm sure they'll have it fixed soon), but otherwise everything was perfect.

the view , proximity to beach
availability of hot water , responsiveness of property manager , instruction on house appliances . cleanliness was missing , sofa was stained, balcony in total disarray, high voltage wire hanging right in front of balcony.
in winters most local cafe were closed so food choices were very limited
