The property was close to the beach.

We arrived early and the location where to leave our luggage was a bit far away to walk with the luggage, it would have helped if we were given this address so that we would have gone there straight away.

Good locations close to beach and all the stores.

Property did not have all the amenities that it stated. Half a roll of toilet paper that was left over from the last person. No shampoo or body wash. Definitely bring your own toiletries and toilet paper.

It is only one block from the sea and has a very local feel. The one bed room unit has two balconies, fantastic a/c and absolutely everything you need.. safe, washing machine, iron. There’s a great car rental directly opposite the building and it’s about 20mins walk to the Old Town

We were happy and liked the apartment. We also recommend it to others.

-very clean, modern, bathrobes, good bed, very helpful and friendly staff and exellent service, very good location for us, balcony

-some little things: the bottom sheet came off all the time, there was no turner in the kitchen, no rack for clean dishes to dry on, only one wine glass. We also thought a carpet in the kitchen and some paintings etc on the walls would be nice.

The location was very good, the place was clean , with 2 balconies , lots of towels , a very comfortable place.

I would prefer if they had a microwave oven,instant of an oven to heat the food. Other than that ,everything else was perfect.

This apartment is in the perfect location in Chania! It's spacious, quite, has multiple balconies, and is very well lit.

The home was not the most well equipped (e.g., basic cooking tools, scissors, etc.) booking I've made. But it's still a great place to stay at on holiday!

I like the location, very close to Nea Cora Beach, supermarkets, bakeries. Apartment is new and has all the necessary amenities. It was perfect for one week stay. Very clean!!

When the windows are opened, the noise from the traffic can be a bit unpleasant. Anyhow the windows are isolated so you won't have the issue when you close them.

Staff were very helpful and facilitated our early arrival at 12pm and arranged our transfer to the airport on our day of departure. The apartment is very modern but it was smaller than accommodation we stayed in previously in Chania and it was a little more expensive. The beach is a 2 minute walk from the apartment which is fantastic and the town is a 10-15 minute walk away. There's also plenty of small supermarkets around for essentials. We stayed here for 9 days but unfortunately the apartment wasn't cleaned at all during our stay. The cleaner seemed to be on-site most days but she didn't get to our apartment at all. There was a washing machine in the apartment so we just washed the towels etc ourselves. In hindsight we should have contacted someone about this as I'm sure it would have been resolved! Overall I'd recommend a shorter stay here.

The single bed in the kitchen/dinner was off putting and made it difficult to relax there. A sofa would work much better in this area.

As a very new apartment it didn't have basic things like washing up liquid, oil etc but I'm sure they will build over time. We initially wanted to swap rooms due to it having a bed instead of a sofa in the lounge but the hosts were very happy for us to swap. nothing was too much trouble! They were brilliant. It didn't bother us, but it is on quite a busy road, however the windows block out most of the sound

Sehr gut gelegenes Apartment zu einem gutem Preis

Die Lage ist perfekt zum Strand von Nea Chora und mit einem Mietwagen gibt es zwei hauseigene Parkplätze. Allgemein ist die Lage sehr angenehm um auf die Schnellstraße zu gelangen ohne im Verkehr von Chania zu landen. Zwar hatten wir kein Apartment mit Balkon sondern nur die EG Wohnung aber die Terrassen und die Ausstattung der Schlafzimmer, Badezimmer und der Küche war sehr modern und wertig. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es auch zwei Minimarkert zum Einkaufen und am Nea Chora Beach genügend Restaurants zum Einkehren. Direkt gegenüber ist sogar ein Mietwagenhändler für spontane Überlegungen ein Auto für einen Tag bsw. zu leihen. Praktisch war auch, dass geführte Touren über diverse Guide Anbieter Apps dort dich vor dem Apartment direkt abholen, was ziemlicher Luxus war. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Hat sämtliche Fragen schnell beantwortet und war immer lösungsorientiert, das ebenfalls hervorgehoben werden muss.

Die Handtücher vom Apartment hätten besser sein können (waren zum Teil schon beschädigt). Die Schlafzimmer waren teilweise nicht ganz so sauber aber jetzt nicht störend für den Aufenthalt. Die Ausstattung der Küche könnte man noch optimieren, weshalb wir unser Schneidebrett bei der Abreise bsw. zurückgelassen haben. Ich hoffe, dass sich die Nächsten darüber erfreuen können :)

Τοποθεσία. Εξυπηρέτηση προσωπικού που ήταν πολύ ευγενικοί όλοι. Κρεβάτι αναπαυτικο. Πιεση νερού πολύ καλή. Ησυχία την εποχή που βρεθήκαμε (φεβρουαριος)

Εφόσον η κράτηση γίνεται μέσα στον χειμώνα μπορεί να υπάρχει πρόβλεψη να ανοίγουν τα air condition πριν έρθει ο επισκέπτης. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ κρύο για πολλές ώρες. Καθαριοτητα θέλει βελτίωση όχι μόνο στα λευκά είδη αλλά και στον χώρο πχ ασανσέρ, καναπες. Οι κουρτίνες είναι υπερβολικά διαφάνες Δεν υπάρχει χώρος να αφήσεις βαλίτσα πετάνε του πατώματος. Δεν υπάρχει κάπου να στεγνωσεις τα ποτήρια. Θα έπρεπε να υπάρχει δυνατότητα λεπτότερου μαξιλαριου και μια έξτρα κουβέρτα. Οι παροχές του καταλυματοσ οφείλουν να συμβαδίζουν με αυτά που αναγράφονται στην κράτηση όσο μικρές και αν είναι πχ σεσουάρ.

Cerca de playa y calidad de apartamento

La ubicación era buena, a 3 minutos andando de la playa, y a unos 20 del centro. Muy buenas instalaciones con lavadora, aire acondicionado, la cocina equipada con todo tipo de detalles. Nos dejaron un detalle de bienvenida de aceite, algo de azúcar y tés.

Escogimos el apartamento porque tenía parking, pero solo había 2 plazas. Escogimos este hotel por evitar tener que buscar aparcamiento, pero luego no nos fue posible usarlo.
