Stay at Elia Beach was absolutely exceptional, the location is perfect, lots of delicious and not too pricy restaurants available within walking distance, breathtaking view from the balcony and easy way to get out of town into freeways (if you’re travelling by car). Also, super close to the beach. The apartment is spacious, modern and clean, we really enjoyed the jacuzzi. The beds were super comfortable!!! Check-in was smooth and easy. The hosts are incredibly responsive, helpful and kind. We were very depressed to leave and would like to come back asap!

The parking space is stressful to reach, the driveway is very steep and there is hardly any place to manoeuvre. We used it once and never again, however there is plenty space to park on the streets, so in the end it turned out ok. Also, I feel like the kitchen could be better equipped.

Recommend the place, despite the deficits we had.

Good located, literally a few steps away from water. Very clean apartment. Very friendly staff. Good restaurants around (the one under the apartment was excellent and not too expensive).

1. We had apparently bad luck and could not use the kitchen. So, paid to have own kitchen, but had none :( sent videos to hotel in case we just missed to push some botton, no solution was found. However, the owners offered to send someone, we did not manage to wait for the person, as we were a lot on tour. As we stayed only 2 days, it was not tragical. 2. The description on booking.com was missing (or did we oversee?) that there are constructions on the road in front of the apartment. Although parking available thru the owner, we preferred not to drive on the bumpy street. Remember to ask if the road is fixed, especially if you have a bigger vehicle! Otherwise you can park on the main street and walk a few blocks down to the apartment. 3. We used the jacuzzi on the balcony and could not turn it off, I assume this can be fixed quickly.

Great stay, amazing views!

Amazing location, beachfront, full of options for food nearby, only 15 minutes walk from the old port, very clean property, with two big bedrooms and spacious veranda facing the sea. The check-in and check-out was very smooth, the property administrator contacted us frequently for anything we might have needed.

The parking of the property is not appropriate. Very steep and narrow, my car could hardly fit. I chose to park outside the rest of the days in order to avoid any unnecessary stress. However, this was just a minor case that could not ruin the overall beautiful experience.

Fantastic spacious stay

Wonderful property and only 10-15 mins walk from the centre. The apartment had everything we needed: towels, bath ropes, coffees & teas, toiletries, cooking utensil etc. Host was friendly and met us at the property and showed us around even when we arrived late in the evening. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfy. The icing on the cake is the jacuzzi on the balcony with ocean facing view. Thanks!

The only small issue we had were one of the shower was slightly blocked and the water wasn’t draining properly but other than that everything was perfect.

Elia Beach is a beautiful apartment with an amazing view in a beautiful location and beautiful people. The apartment is spacious and beautifully renovated. The bedrooms are beautiful and both bathroom have an amazing shower (1 bedroom with en suite bathroom). All amenities needed during your stay with extra bedding sets and pillow if needed. The mattresses are very confortable and the sea view as you wake up from one bedroom is just amazing. Air conditioning in all rooms, jacuzzi on the balcony (not heated), TV in all rooms, great internet, shops, restaurants and bakeries just a few feet away. Beautiful sandy beach with crystal water to swim all year round. I swam there new Year and the sea temperature was pretty good to say it was winter. Washing machine, kitchen appliances, big fridge/freezer. Technician available with just a phone call. Maria the hotel manager is very kind and caring and would do anything to make your stay as enjoyable as possible and fulfil your wishes to the best of her capabilities. Very responsive to messages and calls. Me and my daughter had a wonderful time at Elia Beach to celebrate The New Year despite the lockdown at the time. We were blessed with the amazing view and the possibility to swim in the sea and to make our stay more special, the living room had some beautiful christmas decoration to enjoy The Christmas Spirit. Thank you Maria for making our stay beautiful and we highly recommend your place as we know future guests will also enjoy it and we will return when the opportunity arises. Modern and spacious flat, perfect location.

Perfect location, walkable distance from the port, amazing sunsets. The flat is modern and big enough. The hosts were very welcoming and accommodating.

Unfortunately the water in the tub was cold, hot water in the tub would have made this property absolutely perfect.

Die Lage direkt an einem sehr schönen Strand mit Meerblick ist ideal und sehr sehr schön !

Die Betten bzw. die Matratzen in den Schlafzimmern gehen gar nicht (viel zu weich sogar mit Bildung einer „Kuhle“) sowie die Ausstattung der Küche ist nicht komplett und wird modernen Ansprüchen überhaupt nicht gerecht.

Gute Lage, aber leider enttäuschende Unterkunft

Die Kommunikation mit dem Hotelpersonal funktionierte per WhatsApp. Die Unterkunft liegt direkt an der Strandpromenade, mit Geschäften, Lokalen. Es gibt einen großen Balkon mit Blick aufs Meer.

Die bearbeiteten Bilder der Unterkunft sind Hui - aber sonst? Leider mussten wir nach der Anreise für eine Unterschrift in das naheliegende Hotel (zu Fuß, da zu der Zeit eine Baustelle und keine Parkmöglichkeit zur Verfügung stand). Die Parkgarage ist entweder durch Autos vor der Einfahrt mehrmals blockiert, und auch sehr schwierig befahrbar, bzw. die Anfahrt dort hin. Daher haben wir ca. 600 Meter entfernt geparkt. Fast das gesamte Geschirr war bei unserer Ankunft schmutzig, wenn es überhaupt etwas in der spärlich ausgestatteter Küche gibt. Das wenige Wasser im Jacuzzi war dreckig, sandig. Dafür konnten wir am ersten Abend die extrem fleckigen, triefend Nasse Auflagen der Balkonmöbel nicht nutzen. Sehr laute Nachbarn, Eingangstür.

Tolle Lage, große Zimmer, schöner Blick direkt aufs Meer, Whirlpool auf der Terrasse

Dusche hat nicht gut funktioniert, Möbel zum Teil schon sehr abgewohnt, Küchenausstattung nicht zum Kochen geeignet, da es keine gute Pfanne oder kleinen Töpfe gibt.
