Aristea's Apartment 1st Floor

Vertskapet var helt fantastisk. Beliggenheten var perfekt. Leiligheten og alle fasilitetene var utmerket. Vi var særdeles fornøyd med oppholdet. Kunne ikke hatt det bedre. Vi gir det vår aller beste anbefaling.

Július 25 - augusztus 7-ig voltunk ott, érkezéskor már vártak ránk, szeretettel fogadtak, a hűtőbe bekészítve víz, sör, üdítő és egy kis vendégváró. Házigazdáink végig lesték minden kívánságunkat amíg ott voltunk. Nagy tisztaság volt, rendszeres törölköző csere és gondoskodás rólunk, mintha családtagok lennénk. Nagyon kedves emberek, bármi kérdésünk vagy kérésünk volt ők azonnal ott voltak és teljesítették. Többször is sütöttek nekünk süteményt vagy hoztak valami finomságot. Tökéletesen felszerelt volt a konyha és a fürdőszobában is minden volt a mosáshoz, a szemetünket rendszeresen elvitték. Nekünk tényleg semmivel nem kellett foglalkoznunk, csak jól érezni magunkat. Legközelebb is itt fogunk megszállni ha Chania-ba jövünk és mindenkinek csak ajánlani tudjuk ezt a szállást mert a lakás is kitűnő és a házigazdák is nagyszerű emberek! Köszönjük nekik, hogy feledhetetlenné tették számunkra ezt a 2 hetes itt tartózkodást!

Our family of five (two parents and three teenagers) stayed here for nine nights in June/July 2026. Since Aristea doesn't speak English, she had arranged for an English-speaking friend to meet us together with her and her husband when we arrived. They showed us everything we needed to know and asked if there was anything else we needed. We were able to borrow a beach umbrella, diving mask and beach towels. Later during our stay, Aristea brought her iPad so we could communicate through Google Translate. It was obvious that Aristea takes great pride in her property and genuinely enjoys making her guests feel welcome. She rents out two apartments and lives in a third apartment in the same building. Almost every time we left, she would quietly come in to tidy up, hang our towels out to dry, straighten the shower curtain to prevent mould, and take care of little details. It felt different from staying in a hotel, so if you value complete privacy, it may not be the perfect fit. We, however, really appreciated her thoughtfulness. She occasionally surprised us with homemade cake and cookies, and a few days before we left she offered us a late check-out, as no new guests were arriving that day. Since our ferry from Heraklion didn't depart until 9:00 p.m., this allowed us to spend one last relaxing day at the Neo Chora beach. We truly appreciated her kindness and hospitality, and would happily stay there again.

Location is perfect in many aspects. Literally just round the corner one can find a busy ,very long beach with variety of restaurants. Aristea apartments are located at a quiet little street completely sheltered from local traffic. Surrounding area is quiet with almost no car traffic. Grocery shopping? No problem! Just a few steps away… even a local market on Thursdays is just round the corner. Chania Old Town is within pleasant 10 minutes walk by the sea. Apartment is very spacious and comfortable and what is very important it is sheltered from afternoon sun that gave us nice cool evenings and nights without putting AC on! There is even a little elevator inside that helps bring your luggage upstairs. Hosts are very hospitable and helpful!
