Intero appartamento, molto grande, bello, arredato bene. Bellissimo patio. Molto pulito. Piano terra, solo tre scalini. Camere grandi, attrezzate. Posto auto riservato molto comodo per parcheggiare l'automobile, Proprietari sempre disponibili e molto vicini. Molto gentili. Aria condizionata presente, anche se non usata perché la casa è già fresca (primi di settembre).
Purtroppo a piano terra i rumori esterni danno un po' fastidio.

Großartige Kommunikation im Vorhinein, super freundliche Gastgeberin!
Die Unterkunft selbst ist wunderschön eingerichtet und wirkt sehr neuwertig. Es gibt mehrere Klimaanlagen und die vorhandenen Geräte (v.a. in der Küche) sind generell in sehr gutem Zustand.
Für uns (4 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) war vor allem die Terrasse mit durchgehendem Schatten extrem wertvoll, auch diese war schön eingerichtet.
Neben der Unterkunft war auch die Lage super. In 5-7 Minuten zu Fuß am Strand Nea Chora, ebenso in 5-7 Minuten am Venezianischen Hafen und somit der Altstadt von Chania entfernt. In direkter Umgebung gibt es einen kleinen (3 Min.) sowie einen größeren Supermarkt (5-7 Min.).
Insgesamt war es eine extrem schöne und gut gelegene Unterkunft, die wir bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt gerne wieder buchen würden!

The apartment was absolutely beautiful, loverly and modern . Water pressure was great . The apartment has everything you need and more . There was a shop across the road and beach a 5 minute walk. the owner was very welcoming .
