We had a great time Maria is very pleasant and nice The house has a combination of new with old look The pool is nice there are 7 sitting places outside around the house Barbeque place with a seperate refrigerator The Kitchen is well equipped This is not a HIGHTECH villa, there are some things that need maintanance, some old chairs, old pool toys, WIFI is in the laundry room downstairs so reception is not so good out side or in the saloon But overall this is a great place for a vication

After a very warm welcome from Maria, we settled in very quickly to this homely, comfortable and sumptuous villa. The pool was a great size and many days were spent just swimming then sunning ourselves on one of the many sun loungers and seats. The table tennis table was also very popular. The villa has a lovely mix of sunny and shady spots, both around the pool and around the grounds, including a quaint little grotto area. The grounds feel secure yet spacious and not at all overlooked. The local town, Mougins, had a good mix of shops, including supermarkets and bakeries. The old town was a delightful place to visit, brimming with art and culture while providing a variety of restaurants and bars. Though the area feels wonderfully rural with stunning views, Cannes and the coast are within a short, straightforward drive. We would recommend it as a great family holiday home with the added bonus of Maria's hospitality.

"What a great place to spend a vacation! The place is very tastefully decorated, very spacious, clean, super comfortable. There was nothing missing, every detail was thought of. The owner Maria was a pleasure to deal with, very accomodating and warm. We were 5 middle aged couples of university friends coming from all over the world for a special reunion and everyone of us was very happy about this place. Location is perfect to visit French Riviera, very quite to have a good rest, beach is not far (15 min drive). Thank you Maria for unforgettable vacation!"

"Simply saying that this has been a wonderful vacation, it is not enough. The house was gorgeous in a very quiet, green location. The old Village of Mougins is a masterpiece of architecture and so cute that it seems to come out from a Monet''s picture. It is just a few minutes from Cannes and all supermarkets, shops. The house was exceptionally clean and well furnished and Maria, the owner, has been very helpful and did her best to meet all our needs. I strongly recommend Maria''s home to everyone that want the spend an unforgettable vacation in Cote d''Azur."
