Stay in this exceptional villa of 250 m2 spread over 2 levels that can accommodate up to 14 travelers.

Ideal location: 4 minutes by car (or 20 minutes walk) from the beautiful village of Mougins, 3 minutes walk from some very practical amenities for your stay (a bakery, some restaurants, a pharmacy, ...), 4 minutes by car from the motorway, 15 minutes by car from Cannes.

Quick access (5 min walk) to the Siagne canal will allow you to walk and visit the region in a different way.

On the first floor of our villa, you will discover:
- a large entrance hall
- a large living room with fireplace, and an office area
- a library with television (smart TV connected to wifi)
- a dining room (12 covers) + 2 high chairs for children
- a fully equipped kitchen
- a first laundry room (dishwasher)
- a second laundry room (washing machine, dryer)
- a garage
- a small "blue" bedroom with a sofa bed (ideal for an adult or 2 teenagers) and a shower room
- a toilet.

Upstairs, all the bedrooms are air-conditioned:
- a "beige" bedroom with a double bed and a dressing room
- a small shower room with WC
- a large "pink" bedroom with a Queen size bed, a single bed and a wardrobe
- a large "terracotta" bedroom with a queen size bed, a single bed and a wardrobe
- a shower room with toilet and heated towel rail
- an "olive" living room with a 2-seater sofa bed (with mattress), a desk and a television (smart TV connected to wifi)
- a terrace
- a large dressing room
- a bathroom with bath, shower, toilet, bidet and heated towel rail
- A "celadon" bedroom with a double bed.

Outside, you will enjoy a swimming pool (its terrace and deckchairs), a large garden, a terrace with lounge and garden tables (under 2 motorized awnings), a covered terrace with lounge and garden table (and hammocks), a barbecue area under lean-to, a parking lot, a carport (limited height 185 cm).

Guests will have access to the entire accommodation with the exception of the cellar.

We remain at your disposal throughout your stay.

Guests must respect the property and neighbors: We ask that guests respect our property as well as the neighbors by avoiding excessive noise and harmful behavior.

No parties or events: We do not allow parties or events in our villa. We want guests to feel at home, but we also ask that they respect the tranquility of the estate.

No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Travelers can smoke outside the house, but must dispose of cigarette butts appropriately.

Pets: We do not allow pets in the house.

The gardener and the pool builder will be in charge of the maintenance of the outdoor equipment once a week.

Garbage collection days: Wednesday and Saturday at 5 a.m.
Selective sorting collection days: Friday at 5 a.m.
