About this house rental

Restored farmhouse of 160m² in a quiet area at the end of a dead end, on a plot of 1,300m², with large private parking, a 3x7 swimming pool equipped with a counter-current swim for the more athletic, with a separate heated spa without any screws opposite and a 15m² terrace adjoining the large, very bright kitchen to make the most of outdoor meals. You will have 2 large double bedrooms, one with shower room / wc, the other with sink and two air-conditioned bedrooms upstairs (one single and one double) with a shared bathroom and separate wc.

With a family group, we just stayed a week in this fantastic property.The house is beautiful, full of charm and located in a calm and peaceful area. It is very well equipped with all the necessary, exactly as mentioned in the VRBO site description. We enjoyed a lot the nice pool and longe area and as well the dinners on the terrace, that is also equipped with BBQ. The house is located in a strategic position, few minutes from Cannes and the proximity to the highway makes it easy to reach all the beautiful locations nearby.Karim, the owner, he is a really nice person, very helpful and ready to provide immediate support in case is needed.Thanks to his hospitality our holiday was amazing!

The house was overall a good experience during our 2 week stay with 3 kids. The owner (Karim) is very helpful and quick to respond via sms. The day-to-day team are very polite and helpful (they speak only French), come by twice weekly and are very respectful. The property is old (this does show in various ways), however it's been quite nicely refurbished. The aircondition works very well in all rooms of the house, that's a big plus in summer! The pool looks bigger in the pictures (at least we thought so), but it works as intended and the kids loved it (spa is quite warm and perhaps more of an attraction during winter). Neighbors seem very nice and keep to themselves, so no issues in this regard. A few observations: (1) the inside of the house could have been cleaned alot better (hence the lower rating under 'cleaning'), (2) many of the outside spots/lights are not working which is a shame as it could have added to the evening experience, (3) the outside area is quite nice, however the relatively large grounds still has a lot of potential, (4) the driveway to the house is extremely narrow and we unfortunately scratched our car a few times when arriving/leaving. Other than that, we had an overall very good time in this house. But given the price range for this property (!), some of the above observations would perhaps be worth some thought - and they are the reason we "only" give 3 stars instead of 4, despite an overall good stay.

The villa is very conveniently located near Cannes and Antibes. The air-conditioned house and pool are clean and a very nice place to spend time. Karim is a super friendly host and helped us to have a great time in France.

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour en famille, dans cette belle ville, parfaitement équipée et très bien situé. Car proche de la mer et des commerces ! Nous avons adoré la piscine et le jacuzzi ! Et le propriétaire Karim, est très sympathique et aux petits soin avec ses locataires. Un grand merci Karim, pour tout!😉🥰 Je recommande vivement cette villa !!!

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable. La maison est belle et très bien équipée, tout fonctionne très bien. Il est très plaisant de profiter du jardin au retour de la plage. Des bus s'arrêtent à proximité, et l'emplacement est bien pratique pour aller visiter la région en voiture (toutefois, si vous avez une grosse voiture, vérifiez que vous pourrez emprunter le bout du chemin - étroit - qui mène à la maison).

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans la propriété de Karim. La villa est telle que décrite avec tout le confort nécessaire. La pièce à vivre a beaucoup de cachet avec sa cheminée et ses vieilles poutres. Les chambres climatisées sont très bien aménagées et disposent de nombreux placards. La terrasse en face de la cuisine est un lieu délicieux pour les repas, avec un barbecue Weber de compétition. La piscine est très agréable ainsi que le jacuzzi. Le jardin est bien entretenu (quoiqu'il pourrait être plus fourni, pour être plus joli encore) Le lieu est vraiment très au calme, avec un super hamac et au son des cigales. Seul petit bémol : la voisine qui ne supporte pas le bruit, un peu compliqué quand on est en vacances entre amis et qu'on veut profiter de la douceur de la soirée sur la terrasse ! Également il faut vraiment une voiture pour naviguer aux alentours. Les commerces sont un peu loin à pied et la zone est très résidentielle ça manque de petits cafés ou magasins ! Un grand merci à Karim pour sa communication, ses renseignements précieux et les petits cadeaux de bienvenue. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans la maison de Karim. La description est conforme et la villa est bien équipée. Seul bémol : le chemin très étroit pour accéder à la maison mais sinon le petit cadeau de bienvenue vous redonne le sourire.

Lecture et farniente au bord de la piscine ou dans le SPA . Repas sur la terrasse ombragée. Perruches à collier et écureuils dans les arbres. Figues mûres à point cueillies sur l'arbre. La maison était propre et préparée avec soin pour notre arrivée + petits cadeaux d'accueil sympa..... Arrêt de bus à 180 mètres. Le vieux Mougins, Cannes et ses magasins, Grasse et ses parfumeries, les îles de Lerins . ....... Et en plus un propriétaire sympathique réactif, et, disponible.

La Côte d'Azur en été, c'est la foule, les embouteillages, les plages bondées, les restaurants bruyants et archi-complets, etc. Et pourtant nous avons passé une semaine de calme parfait, sans bruit de voiture (ni le jour ni la nuit), au milieu de la verdure et des cigales. Cette maison est charmante. Attention, quand on y est, on n'a (presque) plus envie de sortir ! Bonnes vacances à votre tour !

Une très belle maison très agréable, au calme sans vis a vis. Situé a proximité de Cannes et des commerces. Propreté irréprochable, bien entretenue, très bien agencé et une piscine des plus agréable. Point très appréciable les lits sont fait a votre arrivé et le linge de toilette est mis a disposition. Le propriétaire est disponible et facilement joignable en cas de questions concernant fonctionnement de la maison et de ses équipements. Une location que je vous recommande pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis. Location idéalement située pour partir en visite dans l’arrière pays avec de magnifiques villages a visiter. Les propriétaires sont très sympas. La maison est située dans le calme, mais à 5 min. en voiture vous êtes dans les supermarchés ou restaurants. L'eau de la piscine est agréable et le "salon" à coté est un plus. Nous avons aimé les grands parasols qui donnent beaucoup d'ombre. Mais toute la journée il y a aussi du soleil un peu partout, si vous voulez vous faire bronzer, pas de problème! Dehors il faisait chaud, mais dans la maison la température était agréable. Les chambres ont des volets et pour nous c'était parfait. Il y a une grande table sur la terrasse en face de la cuisine et nous avons aimé prendre nos repas là. Nous recommandons cette maison. 4,5/5.
