About this villa rental

Villa very soothing thanks to its tranquillity and natural environment.
Pool of 11 x4m with beach and Jacuzzi, car shelter, interior car park.
Quick departure for Cannes, Nice, St-Tropez, Monaco, Italy. Forest, hikes, nature, villages and beaches nearby.
Ideal for resting or sporty holidays. Stay with all mod cons with sheets and towels provided.
We wish you a good stay and leave all the documentation at your disposal for local activities.

Villa south facing with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with shower, toilets and 1 separate WC.
A lounge with couch and leather armchair offers you a view over the terrace and the pool. The lounge table can easily welcome 8 persons.
The kitchen that leads to the lounge is fully fitted and very functional. A traditional coffee maker and a Nespresso one are available. It opens on the terrace where it is good to eat or lounge.
Finally, a separate office with a library available allows you to use your computer or benefit from Wi-Fi all around the house.
The terrace that leads to the pool and Jacuzzi is partly shaded.
There is an alarm for the protection system of the pool.

The house has everything you need for a great time in the Core d Azur. A great pool with jacuzzi, beautiful garden, games in the garage, air con and a well equipped kitchen. The hosts are very friendly and can give useful hints about the area. We will surely come back!

It was a very nice, clean and fresh house with a nice pool and a nice garden. We stayed there for one week, a family of 9 people and we really enjoyed our stay. The host is nice and friendly. It is a good idea to have access to a car when renting the villa.

A nice place, with everything needed. Superb surroundings with a wonderful pool area, where everyone in the family can spend many hours. Overall the house I clean, well equipped and in very good condition. The property owner is very helpful and available via the phone. The house is placed a bit outside Mougins centre and a car is needed to reach shopping area.

My family and I stayed at Alex and Laurence's lovely villa for a week long stay. They are very gracious hosts and the property is quite lovely. The kitchen is well supplied, and there is a lot of rooms for guests. Limited English-language TV is available on the satellite, along with many other stations in various languages. Internet access was solid and worked through most of the house, but not out by the pool. You must be aware of a few things, however. First, the location shown on the VRBO map is wrong. It shows it in the outside wall of the old city of Mougins. This would be an ideal location, and we paid a premium thinking we could walk to restaurants in town. It is, in fact, 3 km outside the city, on the very outskirts of Mougins (on the road to Valbon). We did not learn of this discrepancy until it was too late to find other accommodations. We were also surprised by charges for electricity used and a cleaning fee of 150 Euro. The electric charge was minimal, but it went mostly to run the pool pump for a pool that was not heated and not really usable during our stay (too cold). The property advertises a jacuzzi, but it was not usable at a water temp of 70 degrees. The Angel's gave us the option of cleaning the house ourselves, so the cleaning fee was not mandatory, but it is also not shown in the listing. All this is paid out of the 1200 Euro cash deposit required on arrival. Beds were all fantastic for sleeping with nice pillows and down comforters. Really very comfortable. There was also an annoying lack of some basic paper products, like napkins and tissues that most US rentals would have supplied. All in all, I would recommend the place to friends, so long as they are aware of these few issues.

We have been renting villas in France for over 7 years and this has to be the best yet. The location was perfect to visit Cannes, Nice, Monaco and Italy. The house was exceptionally clean and the garden superbly maintained. We spent a huge amount of time at the house enjoying the pool and the jacuzzi. The outdoor furniture made this possible as it was easy to sit in the sunshine or the shade. We had every meal outdoors. The house is well equipped. As we were a party of two families it was perfect for us. I would recommend this house to families young and old.The owners are very approachable and are only too delighted to help with any issue you may have big or small. We enjoyed walking to the local hotel to have dinner and drinks and also the local Moroccan restaurant. If I was to suggest one improvement it would be to have air conditioning. What a great place to stay! We have been renting several houses during the last years, but for the 1st time a house is bigger and more beautiful than expected. It really has everything you need for a comfortable and nice holiday. And the charming owner really takes care of the house and the pool. It was a little bit hard to find (we had to call the owner to explain were it was hadden), but well... Paradise is always hard to find :-)

Villa décorée avec goût, au calme, ultra propre, bien agencée et équipée (fabuleuse cuisine pour les amoureux du savoir vivre), grand jardin. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l''accueil et la disponibilité des propriétaires. La situation de la maison nous a permis de voyager dans toute la région, sans aucun problème. Un excellent séjour à refaire !! Encore merci beaucoup.
