Provencal bastide with heated pool and air conditioning in Plascassier

The property was in an excellent location and was a quality villa. The pool was very good and was easy to use and private.We did however experience one major problem and one more minor.The major problem was the air conditioning did not work for our whole 10 night trip. This was despite various people coming to try unsuccessfully to get it working. We kept blinds and shutters down as requested but still the indoor downstairs temperature was 27 or 28 and the night time temperatures upstairs were 29.5. This made it extremely uncomfortable especially as we had 2 young babies (4 months and 8 months old) in the house who were overheating at night. The air con was pre - set at 22 so clearly was not working. We hired the villa with air conditioning and this was not available for our whole visit. We requested 4 fans, we did get 3 fans delivered but this was not enough for the number of bedrooms occupied, they did help a bit but only circulated hot air.The more minor problem was the BBQ which we reported not working properly on day 2. A man came to fix it, he identified the part required but never came back to repair it. As we hired a villa with air conditioning which turned out to be a false description we would like a partial refund for our stay please. Could Vrbo take up this matter please.I would like to stress this is an excellent villa, very high quantity and in a great location for exploring, and I would fully recommend it if the air conditioning was in full working order.

We liked it very much and our questions were answered quickly and to the point.

We stayed for a week in October. We were a group of 9 at all ages. It was fantastic. The property was well advertised, well kitted out and very comfortable. It is set in a very peaceful setting, close to amenities. The heated pool was a huge hit with the children who were in for hours. We would definitely recommend this property to other families.

Very god house and pool.

Loved this property , ideally situated for those who dont want to drive and instead rely on public transport, restaurants ,bars ,supermarket and bakery within walking distance ,got bus or train to Antibes ,Maoaco ,Nice , Grasse and Valbonne . Fabulous views of Plascassier village in the evening whilst relaxing beside the pool .Ubers available locally , staff in local restaurant are incredibly friendly and helpful , the property was very well equiped for our group ( 10 adults ) , Looking forward to visiting the area again .satisified traveler . Had a wonderful stay in September, with a great heated pool, and spectacular view of Plascassier village. Fully equipped kitchen and great location to explore the flowered villages of the area. The owner was also very responsive if need be. Would definitely recommend.
