Spacious with nice outdoor space and good location

Christine was lovely when we first got to the house and showed us around. We booked the house for 7 people and were very disappointed with the service we were given. -pool was dirty and could not use it for a day and a half -when we got to the house she said she would get the pool cleaned in the morning but we couldn’t reach her all day afterwards -she did not answer us the next day either so we had to find the number of the house owner and call him who was helpful -only 2 towels we had no towels for 7 people -4 toilet rolls for 7 people -hygiene problem as the sofa was smelling and dirty, the dishes were dirty and the house overall hadn’t been deeply cleaned -the downstairs toilet was so dirty with skid marks we had to clean it -drainage system, all the showers would overflow the bathroom and with limited towels meant we had pools of water in all bathrooms for the whole holiday -only had 1 key between 7 people which is difficult to navigate

A fantastic facility packed villa but it needs some TLC

The facilities and layout, from the pool, to the vast open plan ground floor area, were good. There is a spacious en-suite bathroom with twin sinks to the right hand side of the property as it faces the pool. The pool is a good size and plenty of space to be sociable with friends or family around the pool or in other parts of the garden where there is a BBQ and table tennis table. All rooms come with motorised external shutter providing true blackout.

The quality of the facilities could be improved - we were told the pool would be cleaned Saturday morning, but no one arrived. We couldn't get the gas hobs to work and never received a response when we asked about them (not end of the world for us as we didn't spend long in the villa); bedrooms had a mix of sheets on with no duvet, sheets on duvet or no sheets at all (in fact they were left in the dryer). Our bedroom floor had not been cleaned. Not that the hosts can do anything about the neighbours but we had police turn up at 12.30pm (that's the afternoon) to complain about amplified music - it was not on loud, but the location in a residential area is likely to cause an issue for some guests - the police were quick to threaten us each with a €450 fine if they had to come back (again, we knew we weren't having a party so not an issue for us).

The house was spacious and had some nice spaces and amenities

The house needs some renovations, we didn't get enough towels or toilet paper for the whole group, and the place had some areas that had not been cleaned well when we got there (kitchen in particular). Only one of the many patio lights worked.

On a pas réussi à avoir l’hôte 2 ,3 fois , il n’y avait pas assez d’ustensiles ,équipements de cuisine pour le nombre qu’on étaient , mais le reste est là , la maison été propre .

Au petit Cocon à Cannes

Cette Villa est magnifique, spacieuse, moderne, même mieux que sur les photos! Elle surtout très bien située, très proche d'une boulangerie et d'un supermarché - à environ six minutes à pied, si vous ne voulez pas conduire. En plus de cela, l'hôte et son assistante Christine ont été sympathiques et très serviables chaque fois que nous avions des questions. Ils étaient également flexibles quant à l'arrivée et au départ. Nous sommes arrivés après minuit, et ils étaient là pour nous accueillir et nous faire visiter la maison. Nous avons également été autorisés à utiliser tous les équipements de la maison, y compris le lave-linge et le sèche-linge, la piscine et la table de ping-pong. Nous n'hésiterons pas à réserver ce logement, encore une fois.

Un séjour idyllique dans la Villa Bel Air

Nous avons été enchantés de notre séjour dans cette magnifique Villa. La maison est très moderne, décorée avec gout et extrêmement agréable pour un séjour en famille. La piscine et les espaces extérieurs sont très bien pensés, et nous ont permis de partager des moments inoubliables. Les enfants ont pu profiter de la table de Ping Pong et du babyfoot pendant que les adultes profitaient du barbecue. La Villa était impeccable à notre arrivée et très bien équipée. Nous avons séjourné à deux familles sans la moindre difficultés, grâce aux 3 salles de bains et 3 WC. Nous avons également pu stationner très facilement notre VAN à l’intérieur de la Villa. La Villa est située à quelques minutes à pied d’un grand supermarché, d’une boulangerie et d’une pharmacie. Les enfants sont descendus sur la Croisette en quelques minutes en bus ou en Uber. Un grand merci à Christine et Eric qui nous a accompagné tout au long du séjour et au propriétaire Eric qui a su répondre à toutes nos demandes avec bcp de réactivité.
