Two elegant living rooms open onto a large (30m²) covered terrace, perfect for dining, lounging, and BBQs. The main lounge (60m²) features an adjoining kitchen and an indoor dining area seating 8. The second lounge is ideal for kids, equipped with a comfortable sofabed and direct access to the garden for play and relaxation. Both living areas have smart TVs with access to streaming channels like Netflix, as well as access to French and other international live channels.

Five bedrooms in total, Ground floor: Two huge (35m²) ensuite bedrooms. Both bedrooms have a king bed + two singles—ideal for families. Upstairs: Three bright bedrooms with garden and pool views.
