RENTAL OF THE WHOLE HOUSE IN JULY / AUGUST ONLY AND BED AND BREAKFAST THE REST OF THE YEAR.
Welcome to our Villa WABI SABI,
Our Villa is located 10 minutes from the city of Cannes and the beaches in a green and calm Mediterranean nature planted with olive, pine, palm, orange and lemon trees and decorated with a large swimming pool and a spa.
A living and relaxing space with a fireplace and television with dining area and open kitchen.
1 master suite with 180 cm bed with private bathroom and wc, plus 2 bedrooms with large 160 cm bed with shower rooms, 1 bedroom with 140 cm sofa bed, and 2 other wc.
Magnificent terrace shaded by a pergola with natural and neat furniture for the dining area overlooking the pool.
5X12 salt pool heated by the sun.
Outdoor jacuzzi heated all year round to 38 degrees.
A very bright orangery (gym), pleasant for gym classes and moments of relaxation.
The pool is surrounded by 200 m2 of terrace facing south and greenery (olive, lemon, orange, fig, palm) with sunny and shaded areas without any opposite and really quiet.
Petanque ground in the shade of an olive tree.
Outdoor ping pong table.
Very good southern exposure.
The house is located in the dead end of a very peaceful hamlet close to all amenities on foot, by bike or by car. Very good agreement with all the neighborhood.
The villa was partially renovated in 2012, beams and patinated furniture, warmly decorated, with small touches of the hostess.
It is good to live in this authentic house where you immediately feel at home!
