This is a villa of 125 m2, located in a secure domain in the heart of nature, with a view of the forest and the mountains, and without vis-à-vis.
The house, built in 2016, has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on 2 floors. As well as a private garden of 1800 m2, a swimming pool of 8mX4 with 2 solarium terraces, and a refurbished petanque court of 12mX3.
In this environment of absolute calm, located 15 minutes from the beaches of Cannes and Mandelieu, and 10 minutes from the Old Village of Mougins, you can enjoy walks in the forest, on foot, on horseback (2 horse clubs within a radius of 500 meters) or by mountain bike. And a south-facing one all day long by the pool.
The house is fully equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, outdoor lighting, sheets and towels, barbecue, parking for 5 cars), each bedroom has air conditioning as well as the living/dining room.
