A wonderful, charming Provençal villa with old-world charm—a guaranteed escape! The villa offers an idyllic setting to enjoy a dream vacation with family or friends on the French Riviera!
The city of Cannes, with its famed movie festival and numerous conferences, is less than 5 km away.
The villa is arranged over two levels, offering beautiful views of the sea and the Lérins Islands.
First floor:
A large, bright living room with a comfortable leather sofa and TV, opening onto the terrace and the pool;
A fully equipped open-concept kitchen (gas stove, oven, microwave, full-size refrigerator, Nespresso machine, kettle, dishwasher, toaster) with a dining table that seats up to 10 people.
A bedroom with a queen-size bed, a custom walk-in closet, and a private bathroom. This bedroom has direct access to a spacious south-facing terrace overlooking a large pool.
A magnificent furnished terrace, bathed in sunlight throughout the day and offering an unobstructed view; It also features a large table that seats 6 people, outdoor sofas, and a plancha grill. Electric awnings allow you to enjoy the dining area in the shade for long, relaxing moments.
A beautiful 10 m × 5 m mosaic pool with a shallow end that gently slopes into a deep end 2 m deep. Sun loungers and low chairs are available for sunbathing in complete tranquility.

A bedroom with a king-size bed, private bathroom, and large walk-in closet. This bedroom features a private terrace with a panoramic ocean view and an unobstructed view of the hills; this space offers the most beautiful sunsets on the Côte d’Estérel!

A fourth bedroom with a double bed that also features ample storage space;
A comfortable bathroom with a shower and double sinks;
