The Perfect Choice

The Location is great ! supermarket, gas station and MacDonalds are close to you. All needed facilities are available in the house. Kathi is really nice and she provide any required assistance

Everything was perfect but please note that there is no air-condition (usually will not be required) Also, Check-out time is a little bit early at 10 am.

Lovely, spacious, modern chalet with great facilities.

Lovely chalet, very spacious, modern and well equipped. Especially loved the sauna! Wonderful holiday.

Location is a bit out of the way however there are a few restaurants within walking distance and good access to the ski lift. Just be aware that the chalet is not located within the town centre of zell am see. You need to either walk for 30-40 mins or get a 5 min bus. You can get buses from just across the road from the ski lift that take you into the centre of zell and you can get either taxis or bus back!

Very good

The chalet was perfect for Christmas - warm, comfortable, spacious and excellent facilities. It was near the shops and lifts with access to good public transport and walks to Zell am See and Kaprun.

If the chalet had been full to capacity (10 people), 2 loos/bathrooms might not have been enough. But it was fine for 5 people. It was a bit more in the suburbs/commercial area than I expected, but that meant easy access to shops.

good location and the prices was too high for what we got!

some room’s have a lot of insects when we arrived !and we stays for 8 nights and no one took the garbage from the house! the washing machine with extra payment! no air conditioning at the house with only 2 fan for 4 bedroom house and it’s too hot!

Absolutely great location and a lovely place with many attractions! The contact with the host was very good from beginning on till the end. The house had everything you need. I really recommend to everyone!

Great chalet

9 of us stayed in this chalet for 7 nights. We really liked the house as it was big enough for our group. Enough parking for 2 cars. Double bedrooms, some bigger some smaller. Two showers, two toilets. We had everything we needed - we cooked in the house and used sauna every evening; all facilities were working. The agent was very helpful and available every day via Whatsapp. Easy check-in / check-out. Location: 5mins walk to the Areitxpress ski lift. Recommend buying your ski passes the night before skiing, as there were long queues in the morning. Food shops 2-5 mins walk (Aldi, Lidl, Spar). Centre of Zell am See - driving distance, but we walked from the chalet to The Grand Hotel (40mins). Most of the walk is along the lovely picturesque lake. Kaprun - 5-10mins drive from the chalet. Salzburg - 1hr drive

nice location near many stores and supermarkets also quite and peaceful neighborhood

Luxurious and spacious chalet in south Zell am See

Very big, clean and with great facilities. Very close to the ski lift areitbahn.

The house is located in Zell am See south area, which isn’t the city itself. The area there isn’t very beautiful, but the ski lift and apre ski place there are very close by and you’re spending most of the time snowboarding and skiing anyway, so not a big issue at all.

Superb

The host was really friendly and flexible with our check-in and baggage drop-off (we were a group of 10 coming at different times). The place looked exactly as in the pictures and was really good space for a large group of people with all needed utilities. The location is next to the ski lift and has few shopping centres and needed facilities around.
