A very special and spacious apartment with exciting and historical atmosphere. Five bedrooms on two floors to choose among. Including a private garden with tropical plants and seating area. Private parking in the yard.

Nothing really, only regret our shortish one-night stay in Herceg-Novy.

Villa has perfect location - 5 min walk from seaside, very good restaurants and center, but still isolated enough to allow for peace when you need it. The accomodation was very comfortable and it allowed our group of 10 to really enjoy our time in Herceg Novi. Host was very accomodating to our needs, full of understanding and patience. The stay was really perfect in all aspects.

Schöne Villa – aber Beschreibung und Realität klaffen weit auseinander

Das Haus ist auf den ersten Blick schön eingerichtet Der Hund Hugo war sehr freundlich und hat sich mit unserer Tochter gut verstanden Der Kühlschrank ist groß und WLAN funktionierte im Innenbereich meist zuverlässig Einige Gartenmöbel und ein kleiner Grill sind vorhanden Die Lage ist zentral, wenn man Restaurants und Supermärkte sucht

– Die Villa liegt nicht am Strand – man geht 7–10 Minuten steil bergab über viele Stufen. Der Rückweg ist beschwerlich. Die Angabe ist irreführend. – Das Spielzimmer-Schlafzimmer ist ein vollgestellter Abstellraum mit alten Stofftieren, Schnapsflaschen und Buchhaltungsunterlagen – völlig ungeeignet als Schlafraum, besonders für Kinder – Kein Stauraum, unversperrbare Tür zum Balkon, durch die Lärm und Rauch der Straße und Restaurant ins Schlafzimmer eindringd – gemessene Lautstärke im Bett: 101 dB um 00:15 Uhr – Keine einzige Tür absperrbar (Zimmer, Haustür, Küche) – kein Safe vorhanden – Sicherheitsgefühl gleich null – Steckdosen in Bettnähe kaputt oder nicht vorhanden, obwohl angegeben – Waschmaschine wurde als „Whirlpool“ bezeichnet, lustigerweise ist sie nicht mal der Marke Whirlpool sondern Beko– völlig irreführend – Keine der beworbenen Extras vorhanden: kein Whirlpool, kein Föhn, keine Pflegeprodukte, kein Picknickplatz, kein Spielplatz, Toilettenpapier nur einmal eine Packung in 6 Tagen auf den Tisch gestellt bekommen. – Badezimmer in schlechtem Zustand: undichte Duschen, defekte Armaturen, keine Halterungen, Warmwasser unberechenbar – Verbrühungsgefahr – Die „tägliche Reinigung“ beschränkte sich auf Müll ausleeren – kein Handtuchwechsel, keine Toilettenreinigung, keine Bodenpflege, kein Toilettenpapier – Parkplatz: nur ein enger Stellplatz neben Gerümpel – weitere Plätze nur kostenpflichtig (7 €/Tag), Ticket TÄGLICH vor 7 Uhr zu lösen – Garten ungepflegt (kot, Zigarettenstummel, Zigarettenpackungen), viele Moskitos – Umgebung angeblich sicher – dennoch lückenlose Kameraüberwachung rund ums Haus und im Garten Deshalb lt. Aussage keine verschließbaren Türen nötig. – Kurtaxe war bei Buchung nicht angeführt, wurde aber nachträglich eingefordert – Betrag schwankte, Rückgeld unvollständig – Beschwerden wurden abgewiegelt, stattdessen Überwachung und falsche Vorwürfe wegen angeblicher Lautstärke und Drohung mit Polizei.
