Perfect stay in Tivat!

The location was amazing and the host was extremely friendly. She was ready to help us with anything we needed. The apartment looked exactly like in the photos, modern and well equipped. It’s perfect for 2 people. We also got transportation from the airport to the stay which was a great bonus!

Gorgeous view, great location. It was nice to have a washer and dryer. Great restaurant next door.

Bedroom was very cramped. Had to walk sideways and bent over (or hit your head on the TV) to get around the bed. Nowhere to put luggage other than the living room. Bed and pillows not comfortable.

Everything was excellent.

Excellent apartments with a magical view of the sea and mountains. I really loved the rooftop terrace. All the rooms were very clean. The staff was very polite and friendly.

Great stay in Tivat / Donja Lastva

Very nice welcome form our host who awaited our arrival, free private parking, nice restaurant just next door, the beach is opposite the property and only 10min walk to Porto Montenegro. We really enjoyed staying at this apartment, the view from the balcony is great and the cherry on the cake was the private rooftop overlooking the bay, magical!

Absolutely perfect stay in Tiamat apartment.

Absolutely perfect stay in Tiamat! Tiamat Apartments are located in an incredibly lucky spot — just across from what I believe is the most beautiful beach in Montenegro, with crystal-clear turquoise water and breathtaking views right from the apartment. The apartment itself is compact but very well-designed — everything is thoughtfully arranged for maximum comfort. It has all the essentials for a relaxing holiday: modern renovation, stylish decor, a fresh and clean interior, and everything works perfectly. Special thanks to the wonderful hosts — everything was smooth, easy, and welcoming. We felt truly cared for. Highly recommended, and we would love to come back again!

The perfect location and place to stay while in Tivat

Location was great only a 10-15min walk around to the main harbour full of restaurants and bars. The apartment was the perfect size for my husband and I! Fully stocked with towels, all the kitchen appliances, and so much more. Host was super helpful and got back to me within seconds of writing. The view was so beautiful and to be able to walk across the road to go for a swim was amazing. There is also a really nice beach club across the road and a lovely restaurant next door!

I would say lights in the apartment should be more warmer. The office style colour makes it quite cold. The tv in the kitchen or the control didn’t work so we couldn’t use it. But these are really minor and wouldn’t stop me coming back.

Would definitely come again!

The apartment has amazing view, it’s even better in real life, we enjoyed it every day! The terrace has sun beds, chairs, sofa and a coffee table to sit and drink or eat. The beach is 10 meters away, you can jump into the sea and come back to rest. The host was so friendly and was available at all times. The washing mashing was convenient to use and restaurant Big Ben is right next to apartments. Everything was great!

Superb

It was just beautiful! The apartment has a great location, 10 minutes from the airport, close to porto Montenegro and several restaurants, as well as a breathtaking view. In front of the hotel there is a small beach and sea so it felt like a private hotel. The apartment is equipped with towels for relaxing by the sea, air conditioning, iron. Very comfortable and convenient. There was exceptional friendliness from the staff. Thank you Anna and Mom for you went the extra mile! It was a really amazing experience we will definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Best host ever!

The host Ivona and her sister Ana were so kind and helpful. Finding the apartment was a bit tricky but it was worth it when we saw the house is just across the beach and how wonderful the apartment is . Its close to a store and a supermarket. About 10 min walk to Porto Montenegro where you will enjoy the scenery. The apartment has everything you need, from kitchen scissors to a portable heater that is useful in the winter period. The balcony and terrace are the highlight of the apartment since it offers stunning views and they have bean bags! Overall, I highly recommend booking this, you will have an amazing experience bith with the town and the host.

We liked everything but a small microwave would be a great plus to the kitchen 😀

Great location with beautiful view

Location is great. View from apartment is amazing, especially from the upper terrace. Everything was neat and clean. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils and appliances.

The stairs to the terrace are a little too steep for small children, but it’s okay. Anyway, view from the terrace is amazing.

Приятные апартаменты с прекрасным видом на море, удобным местоположением и наличием всего необходимого для комфортного пребывания. Встреча и заселение прошло замечательно, нас встретили, всё рассказали и показали, а также помогли зарегистрироваться в туристическом центре. Рядом с апартаментами есть кафе, рестораны и магазины, всё в шаговой доступности. До марины нужно пройтись минут 20, но вдоль моря это одно удовольствие. Ну и отдельно стоит дополнительно сказать, что виды тут совершенно открыточные, как и в Черногории в целом, прекрасная страна!

Подозреваю, что в пик сезона может быть шумновато, но нас это не коснулось. Также, вероятно, стоит разобраться со сливом в душевом уголке, вода не совсем сразу уходит в слив.

Терррраса!

Индивидуальная высокая терраса с навесом с лежаками вплотную к морю - киллер фича. Рядом шумный ресторан, дорога, пляж, но на террасе — кайф и это всё не мешает и можно почиллить и потом спуститься по лестнице. Ивона, хозяйка, очень доброжелательная, оперативная, 👍. Все близко: ресторан, магазин. Все что нужно есть: полотенца, гигиена, тапочки.

Если на втором этаже работает вытяжка запах попадает в апартаменты, решается включением своей вытяжки. В спальне нет кондея, общий немного добивает но не моментально.
