Fantastic

Perfect location nearby the center/beach/restaurants (you need to take some stairs). There is enough place to park your car. The owners are very friendly and even gave use some recommendations to visit. You can take free coffee from the lobby. The room was clean and had a modern bathroom. Everything you need is in the room: shampoo, fridge, cups, plates, etc. The balcony was very big with a lovely view. Besides that there is a big shared terrace outside. There is a bakery across the street.

Best Herceg novi stay options

The location and the view were the highlights, and the hosts were very helpful and friendly people always available to help.

Beautiful family run accomodation with incredible views and comfortable beds.

Spectacular views, lovely terrace to relax on, comfortable bed, helpful hosts, and good location just out of town.

The bathroom is a little small. Just be mindful that it’s located at the top of hill so be ready for scaling some stairs (not a problem, just something to be aware of).

Great seaview value for money

We took the studio apartment with the sea view. The view was spectacular. A comfortable bed and a cool AC made our stay cozy.

The kitchenette lacked some basic utensils, like a spatula and spices.

An absolute gem! The best apartment we stayed in on our two-week holiday in Montenegro. Right next to the old town with unbeatable views. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The beds were great (medium hardness). The apartment was clean, renovated and had a personal touch to it. Great ventilation. Wifi worked excellently. We will be back!

Less of a critique and more of a thought: a (communal) kitchen would make this apartment 10+/10 for even longer stays. The room without a kitchen served us well for the short stay but for a longer one might prefer cooking some meals themselves.

Exceptional accommodation

This is an exceptional accommodation. We stayed in an apartment with one double bed, a bathroom, a fridge and a spacious terrace. The bed is very comfortable and the view from the terrace is priceless. Waking up to such a view is a privilege. The entire facility is very well maintained, everything is new and clean. There is a coffee machine in the lobby that you can use. We did not come by car, but the building has a parking lot. Tanja is a wonderful host, responds immediately to messages and is ready to find a solution to any problem. We arrived before the scheduled time and, since the apartment was not occupied, we were allowed to enter immediately. It was the same on departure, we were allowed to leave things in the facility until the departure of the transport, the wonderful and kind Gordana took care of that. The facility is close to the bus station and market, and close to many historical sights and the Old town. Keep in mind that the whole town is downhill, which means some extra stairs, but it's absolutely worth it. If we come to Herceg Novi again, we will definitely stay in the same apartment, and I highly recommend it.

Everything. We liked everything. Would give 100 stars if possible. Host: Most importantly the host was very polite and welcomed us. He gave really good tips. Communication was very smooth and very responsive. I got sick for few days and they took care of me and I felt like home. They went above and beyond and I'm so thankful. Room: Was super luxurious. Special thank to the cleaning team as not a single stain was there. It was perfectly cleaned. Spacious room View: As a beach person I have no words to say how amazing the view was. It was very calming. Hot tub and view was perfect blend. Other: Calm environment. Great location to bus stop. Have 2 supermarkets nearby.

Nice building, great old Town

The tub, the view. The location was fine.

The pillows smelled bad. Like very bad. For a pricey place I expect clean pillows even if it’s the decorative ones. Parking lot was hard to find but owner was so helpful. Soap dispenser was dirty. One roll of toilet paper. I guess I expected more for the price. The old town is amazing! The beaches are not. Loud and small. Has nothing to do with the property.

Amazing owners, helped us to check in and solved all over questions, gave us recommendations on what to visit, where to have lunch. The apartment is small but equipped with all you need: air conditioner, fridge, kettle, glasses, plates, balcony with pictures view on the sea and fortress. A huge plus is a private lot in the public parking. The location is great too: mini markets and bakery nearby, 5 minutes to the old town with lots of restaurants and places to see. I definitely recommend this apartment.

Superb

The apartment was really well situated and the host were very nice, kind and accommodating. The room was clean and well equipped. We fell in love with Herceg Novi. The host gave us great recommendation for restaurants and showed us the nearest shop and local bakery. The view from room is stunning. The beach and old town arent far away but be mindful that the path is all stairs.

Stunning

It was beautiful - Tanja was great to deal with, we had about 7 hours of delays before check in and she stayed in contact the whole time. The apartment is stunning and the view makes it even better. It’s quite a few stairs down to reach the main square and then the beach however supermarkets, pharmacy etc are across the road. They give you a full bathroom pack, coffee, discount voucher for a local cafe

We didn’t want to leave - the only thing i would recommend is taking some mosquito repellent

Jacuzzi is amazing! View is picturesque. Cats come periodically and ask for treat, but they wait on the terrace and never get into apartment. Hanging chair on the terrace.
