Beautiful, comfortable, sea view, with very nice host.

The host is a lovely man who shared excellent recommendations for restaurants, activities, and transportation to our next stop. The apartment is new, very clean, quality amenities, and beautifully designed. It is well located not too far up from the sea front and not too far below the old town. The bathroom is small but very functional even for my 6’4” husband.

Few pointers to the address would be appreciated as it was difficult to find apartment- Owner did meet us after getting a bit lost. Although a fabulous apartment ,the surrounding area looks a bit neglected. Also please sterilize the stay cats as it is sad to see their condition

Fantastic stay in Herceg Novi in Boka Beach area

An expansive and contemporary apartment located just a 5-minute stroll from the beach. Essentials like the nearest supermarket, post office, and modern multilevel parking (at €10/day) are also within a 5-minute walk. The vibrant green market and historic old town lie a mere 10-15 minutes away by foot. The apartment, adorned with modern furnishings, comfortably accommodates four guests. Our host, Nikola, was exceptionally hospitable and attentive. Highly recommended for those keen on immersing themselves in the essence of Herceg Novi.

Unfortunately, there is no free parking near the apartment.

What an absolutely stunning place to stay, 11/10. Ill start off with the location, you are right in the middle of where you need to be. Nestled just below the main street and above the beach you are in close proximity to both shops and leisure and can avoid lengthy treks up and down the city, maybe not a massive deal for some but it was a life saver for us running around with a toddler. The apartment was an absolute pleasure to stay in, new furnishings, everything built to extremely good spec. It just made our time there an absolute dream and it was a fantastic place to relax after a tiring day. From the kitchen to the bathroom to the bedroom, all amazing, it was a perfect getaway. To illustrate how much we liked it, i had to spent ten days listening to my wife go on about buying it off them... On top of that the hosts were amazing, communication was prompt and any issues resolved instantaneously. Don't even think it over, thumbs up from me!

Great location. Very clean and it is really quiet. We were there in the winter, so the plus is that the airco could warm the place up pretty good. Loved the floor heating.

Nikola ist ein super netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber der uns viele Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben hat. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Auf jeden Fall ist die Lage super und man kann sich gut erholen. Das Apartment ist schön und geräumig.

Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen

Apartment 6 liegt im Erdgeschoss mit einer grosszügigen Terrasse. Die Fotos täuschen nicht, es ist alles neu, super ausgestattet, sehr sauber und gemütlich. Die Lage ist perfekt. Für 10 €/Tag nutzten wir die Tiefgarage, wo ausreichend Platz für Auto und Fahrräder war! Nikola hat uns alles sehr genau erklärt und uns auch einige nützliche Tips gegeben. 100% Empfehlung - wir kommen sicher wieder.

Nikola, der mit seiner Baufirma das Gebäude selbst errichtet hat, hat wohl auf die Schalldämmung vergessen. Von der Wohnung darüber hört man wirklich alles. Speziell am Morgen war das unangenehm. Deshalb hab ich keine 10 Punkte vergeben.
