L'appartamento è spazioso, ben attrezzato, fornito di parcheggio privato (fondamentale a Castelnuovo) e il balcone ha una bellissima vista sul mare.
Ottima la posizione, abbastanza vicino sia alle spiagge che al centro della città.
La terrazza e le persiane avrebbero bisogno di un po' di manutenzione. Le persiane di molte finestre sono rotte e bloccate dal proprietario e non è possibile aprirle.
Purtroppo l'unico neo del nostro soggiorno è stata l'interazione non positiva con il proprietario. Il frigorifero aveva un malfunzionamento di cui il proprietario era già a conoscenza e a proposito del quale si è rifiutato di parlare sulla chat di booking. Il secondo giorno il proprietario ci ha chiesto di rimanere a casa alle ore 20 perché avrebbe mandato un tecnico che è invece arrivato a sorpresa la mattina dopo, quando io ero ancora in pigiama e i miei figli dormivano nella stessa area living in cui c'è il frigorifero. Peccato, perché per il resto il soggiorno è andato molto bene.

Nemanja greated us at the property and provided us with keys and an overview of the apartment. Apartment is clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Nemanja checked in few days before and asked if we need any additional accommodations since we are traveling with a baby. He provided a crib which was very helpful. Overall very happy with Nemanja and the Apartment!
Apartment is large and very comfortable. It had a million dollar view!

Excellent++. Host went above and beyond to help me when my flights were diverted and delayed. He was still messaging at 1:30 am to make sure I was okay! I could go on and on about the care that was given to me by the owners. Just incredible. But then you also have the lock-it-up secure parking, the VIEW wow!, an elevator for accessibility (hard to find), easy access to Old Town and walkway and the onsite restaurant serving the best mushroom gnocchi and apple pie! Thank you for a wonderful stay!
