Beautiful apartment with a stunning view.

The location of the apartment was amazing. The view from the balcony was stunning - very close to the sea and just on the pet danica promenade which was a lovely walk with lots of nice restaurants. It was very easy to walk into the old town. The apartment was very nicely fitted out with modern fittings, nice bathroom and a very comfortable bed.

The view from the balcony is stunning. Apartment is placed on great location, minute from the beach and close to the old city. It’s clean and comfortable

Apartment is next to the pub and music is very loud every night. Internet connection was poor, sometimes even barely working. Considering the price, it should be equipped better.

-the noise due to the music of the bar next door, until 1am and starting again at 8am, and the air conditioning was leaking outside making a constant noise) - the bed : the mattress (super soft) and the duvet was too small for the bed - no bedside lamps - we wish we had received more information from the owner about the accommodation : where to park, how to close the terrace window, that you need to push a button outside the bathroom to activate the hot water and how to make the Tv work. - the piping in the bathroom needs to be fixed to the wall - the main curtain was fallen off the window

Magnificent view and excellent host. Loved staying here with my mother and partner

The location was perfect, right on the water and easy to walk over for a swim. The view was absolutely stunning and was our favourite part of our stay. Both rooms had air conditioning and the beds were very comfortable. The host was very helpful, they provided airport transfer for my mother and transferred us to Kotor. He had limited English but still gave us the grand tour and used google translate to communicate when he needed. The friendliness of the host was a real highlight for us.

It was located next to a bar that was very loud at night however this may have been because we were there for two public holidays. There was a big set of stairs we had to carry our luggage up and down to get to the road as its not fully accessible by car. Sharing one bathroom between 3 of us was inconvenient at times.

Herceg Novi is a hidden gem and Apartment Joy made it perfect.

Excellent location right on the promenade with a balcony and view of the Bay of Kotar. We stayed in Apartment 3, studio which was perfect for two people. Amenities included a kitchenette and dishes with a fridge we didn’t cook as the food was very reasonable at restaurants so we chose to eat out ,but the fridge was good for drinks and snacks. Even with the noise we would stay there again.

There is a bar right next door and it is very loud. I wore headphones at night but could still hear the music. if you are sensitive to that it is not recommended but if you were tired enough from the day, like we were it should be okay. I would wear the noise canceling earphones when I went to bed and wake up in the middle of the night to silence and take them off. my husband was fine and could sleep through the noise.

Superb

The location is unreal!! It's 2 min of walking to the beach and 5 min to the Skver. Everything is near and easy to get to. Also, the view is stunning and exactly as it shows on the pictures!

The apartment is right next to a local pub which is open untill 1am and it is very noisy. So if you like going to bed early, it's going to be very hard regarding the music.

Exceptional

This is our second time coming to the same place. We are happy with everything. From the hosts who are great, Goca and Jefto always there for every little thing to meet you, to the cleanliness of the apartment which is at an perfect level, the location of the breathtaking view, to one of the most beautiful locations in Herceg Novi a few steps from the sea. I am in love in this place, all recommendations. This place is literally the peace of heaven. The best apartment we had ever stayed.

Disappointing

Nice view. Convenient to restaurants and beach.

Listing needs to warn you that it is 229 stairs to get down to promenade and back up to apt. Also needs to warn you that it is next door to a large open air bar that blasts high decibel booming music until 1 am. There is no way you can read, watch TV, talk, or sleep until 1 am. One night was enough. Left the next morning and refund was denied for my second night. Shouldn’t have paid them cash.

Hyvä paikka ja näkymät merelle

Saavuimme vähän myöhässä yllättävän suuren ruuhkan takia matkalla Tivatin lentokentältä, mutta majoittaja odotti meitä rakennuksen edessä. Itse asunnossa oli kaikki mitä odotimmekin, kuten mukava sänky ja hyvä jääkaappi, ja tila oli hyvin siisti. Parvekkeelta oli upeat näkymät ja siellä oli mukava istua. Rakennuksen alakerrassa on ravintola, jossa oli hyvin ystävällistä henkilökuntaa ja söimme siellä monta kertaa hyvää ruokaa. Paikka on kävelykadun varrella, joten liikenteen melua ei ollut.

Viereisessä ravintolassa soitettiin joka ilta musiikkia aika myöhään ja se kuului asuntoon, joten jos se häiritsee niin ota korvatulpat mukaan. Maksu piti antaa käteisellä, joka ei nykypäivänä ole paras tapa minulle.

A vista do apartamento é otima.

A localização é boa dependendo da sua disposição. Pra chegar é só descer uns 200 degraus ou andar mais de 1 km. Pra sair é um problema, visto que táxi não chega nem perto. O atendimento e explicação sobre tv, aquecedor de água, etc, são praticamente inexistentes. Os acessórios do apartamento pra utilizar a cozinha são muito ruins. Pouca louça. O box do banheiro alagava.
