Wonderful!

Mr Viktor is a wonderful host, just as wonderful as the view from the terrace overlooking the bay and the open sea. The apartment is very neat and has everything and more than you might need. The old town is just a few minutes’ walk from the apartment. Highly recommended, I will definitely be coming back.

Everything was great, the only thing is that guests visiting in winter might feel more comfortable if the sofa in the living room were a bit cozier and oriented toward the terrace.

We had a great stay in a clean, well-equipped apartment, with a warm welcome from Viktor

Our stay was excellent – the apartment was spotless, thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, even small touches like washing powder. Viktor was very welcoming and helpful when we arrived, making the check-in process smooth and stress-free.

Beautiful view, peaceful, kind hosts

Viktor and his wife are lovely and kind hosts. The view over the sea from the balcony was stunning, the apartment was spotlessly clean, the bed was comfortable. The surrounding area was quiet at night. I had everything I needed. The apartment is a comfortable short walk both into town and to the beautiful Savina monastery, and down the steps to the sea and beach club/restaurants. My taxi driver was held up for a long time at the border crossing point coming to pick me up at Dubrovnik airport as well as on the way back as the summer season is busy. Viktor was kind and understanding, easy to communicate with and also took me by car to the bus station with my luggage the next day at checkout. Thank you again! I do not hesitate to recommend it to other travellers, you will have a relaxing and peaceful time in this apartment.

I liked this place but Host was a very nasty man who was cruel to me on Whatsapp.

Hot water took 5 minutes to come. Water pressure is awful. Rooms are very dark. Host is separately bullying me on Whatsapp to give a good review. It was really quite nasty. I could never stay here again.

Ideal accommodation with a stunning sea view to spend a holiday of your dream

Absolutely superb location - just a few meters from the beach and at the same time close to shops, restaurants and city attractions. Clean, smart and comfortable apartment in a residential building with a fenced private access to the territory. Very helpfull and charming host. I definitely recommend and will be happy to come again!

Nice local, super clean apartment which was well provisioned, great host with great communication.

Great location, great host, well appointed space...we really enjoyed our stay. Much thanks to our host for especially covering our parking cost himself. View was great.

No complaints! A little nervous about the host leaving with our passports but we got them back on time the next day so no worries. Stairs weren't too bad...just took our time. Deck had a nice view and was a sweet place to chill.

Погода была дождливая и прохладная, приятно, что в аппартаментах было тепло и комфортно!

Прекрасный вид на море с террасы. Тихий зеленый район. Большая кровать с удобным матрасом. Тепло, уютно, было все необходимое. Удобно также, что можно было заказать трансфер туда и обратно по хорошей цене. Гостеприимный хозяин - все подробно рассказал про район, где что можно найти и посмотреть, завез по пути за продуктами, это было очень удобно.

В апартаментах есть все, что необходимо и даже больше 😀 Потрясающий вид из окна, большая терраса. Сам дом находится в чудесном месте, вокруг такие же небольшие домики, до набережной несколько минут. Хороший пляж, до всех достопримечательностей близко. В 5 минутах ресторанчики, где можно и рано утром позавтракать.

Супер комфортная и чистая квартира, есть все необходимое

Замечательные апартаменты, лучшие из тех, в которых мы останавливались в Черногории. Чистота идеальная, месторасположение (до моря и до центра города, крепости) прекрасное. Втроем с друзьям отлично разместились. В апартаментах есть все необходимое. Очень приветливые хозяева, которые помогли со многими вопросами. Однозначно рекомендую апартаменты!

Tolle Unterkunft, sehr zu empfehlen, Blick auf die Adria grandios!

Sehr netter Vermieter, hat all unsere Wünsche gleich umgesetzt, Waschmaschine erneuert und auf Wunsch sogar Eierbecher gekauft,tut alles damit man sich wohlfühlt,

keine Parkmöglichkeit, obwohl in Tiefgarage ein Parkplatz für die Wohnung ausgeschrieben ist, mussten täglich 6 Eur zahlen und hoffen dass vor der Tür ein Parkplatz in der Nähe frei ist. sehr schlecht bei dem Mietpreis der Wohnung!! außerdem war auf Grundstück ein Swimmingpool, der leider nicht genutzt werden durfte !Für den Preis wäre es eigentlich zu erwarten!
