Exceptional

The apartment's has a pool and fantastic view to the sea. It is very clean and you can find everthing in it what you need for a holiday. Swiming in the cristal clear water from Zanjice Beach was amazing.Marijana is a very hospitable host. I was always in touch before arrival, she was always ready to help. I highly recommend this quite placeand I would be happy to come back.! Thank you Marijana

Great apartment, with great views

The view from the apartment was amazing over the bay. Lots of light coming in. The apartment was spacious and well furnished. The owner was very pleasant and helped with water when it wasn't working and provided some medicine for my daughter who was unwell.

The apartment was a bit expensive overall. The water and electricity went off but this effected the whole area. The walk to the beach isn't that far but it's very steep. The beach is stony.

Very responsive and helpful host. Helpful with recommending affordable transportation to the flat. Nice location - close to the beach. 5 liters of drinking water waited for us. Well equipped kitchen. Clean flat, everything we needed. Table, chairs/sofa, parasol, sunbeds outside on a small terrasse. :)

Internet was not always cooperative, probably because of the thick walls. (This was not a problem for us, but be aware that the road to the flat (the last part) is not so suitable for low cars. :) )

A great view for a very well equipped and confortable apartment. We stayed a week to discover Kotor Bay and Lustica. If you are at ease with driving it is a good place to stay.

Luxury appartment with superb view over the adriatic sea. Very friendly hosts. Free parking on the estate. Wonderful options for short hikes through old olive yards.

Driving to the appartment for 1 km on an unpaved track was not a problem for my big 4x4 car. In my opinion belongs that narrow rough track to the beauty of the appartment.

Superb appartment overlooking Zanjice bay

Everything ! Marijana has been a wonderful host, helping us whenever we needed. The villa is just superb, extremely clean and perfectly equipped. Beds are very comfortable, just like bathrooms, and the living room offers large windows and great view on the bay. The pool overlooking the bay is a pure pleasure. Especially this summer, the surroundings were peaceful. Surely one of our nicest stay in Montenegro !

After a weekend when Zanjice bay bad attracted a lot of boats, we found some trash (plastics) on the beach which were not there just a few days earlier. The local authorities should be more strict to ensure the protection of such a nice environment. The place is quite isolated (👍), so beware to buy some food for your stay - unless you plan to use the restaurants nearby.

Czysto. Jeśli ktoś chce tylko być w jednym miejscu przez 7dni i nigdzie się nie ruszać to uważam że fajne miejsce. Brak tłumów przy plaży. Miejsc do odpoczynku jest kilka , łódki które oferują lokalne atrakcje też są, Market blisko. Obsługa miła i pomocna. Basen mały ale bardzo przyjemny Korzystaliśmy wieczorami.

Dojazd do Kwatery faktycznie nie łatwy ale można się do niego przyzwyczaić. Za drugim razem już pokonujesz go z łatwością 😉

Fijn verblijf voor paar dagen

Uitzicht vanuit het ruime appartement was prachtig. Er waren 2 airco's aanwezig wat erg prettig was. Lekker zwembadje met aantal ligstoelen.

Het appartement lag heel erg afgelegen en naar het strand toe was een hele klim. In het appartement aantal gebreken: koffiezetapparaat en douchehouder waren kapot, weinig mogelijkheden om iets op te zetten en het iets te korte bed lag te hard. Hierdoor was de prijs- kwaliteit niet in verhouding.

Вид из окна просто неописуем. Номера комфортные, в них есть все необходимое для проживания. На территории есть просторный бассейн, лежаки и зонты. Добрые и отзывчивые хозяева. Если собираетесь готовить сами, то перед приездом стоит заехать в более-менее крупный продуктовый магазин по пути. Последние пару километров пути стоит ехать аккуратно и без спешки, моя переднеприводная машина с дорожным просветом в 12.5см справилась на ура. Поверьте, это того стоит. Пляж в двух-трёх минутах ходьбы, неподалеку есть маленький продуктовый магазин. Вода кристально чистая, водятся морские ежи (бояться не стоит, они достаточно глубоко, достать до них выйдет только ныряя). При везении можно повидать осьминога или мурену.

Studio propre et terrasse avec vue magnifique.

L'appartement était très propre. L'endroit est magnifique. Depuis la terrasse et la piscine commune, on a une très belle vue sur la baie. La propriétaire avait mis à disposition un boîtier 4G, et j'ai pu travailler sans problème depuis le studio. Un environnement sans voiture. Très agréable !

Il n'y a pas de lave vaisselle dans le studio. Cet équipement doit être présent dans les autres appartements j'imagine. L'environnement est parfois bruyant car les voisins peuvent mettre de la musique assez forte.
