Great location with very good restaurant attached. Nice breakfast and generally helpful staff. Comfortable room with nice balcony and good sea views.

Wonderful place and people!

Nice breakfast, a room with a view, very short walk to restaurants and the sea. We got dedicated towels for the beach (and of course for showering). Really good service and kind people. Relaxing and calm place. We really enjoyed our stay, and could easily come back if get the chance to.

We struggled a bit to find the entrance when we arrived the first day, but that was also because I hadn't seen Miro's message on the booking.com-app where he had sent us the exact location. As it is not in one of the main cities you are very dependant on a taxi if you want to go around and visit other places. Miro has a deal with a taxi company so that you don't get ripped of all your money luckily, but if you can I think I would recommend renting a car.

Everything about this stay exceeded our expectations. The quietness and serenity of the location was ideal. Our apartment with balcony offerred stunning views, was very clean, well maintained and provided everything we needed. The Villa sits in a historic fishing village, and sat just steps from the sea. Most of all the Staff were exceptional. Everyone from the waitstaff and kitchen staff, to the owners themselves made it a point to always ensure our comfort and happiness. Absolutely thrilled with our stay. What a hidden gem

Lovely property and lovely people

This property is in a quiet Beachfront location , the water is crystal clear . Nado the manageress , Kristina her daughter , hired helps Anna and Masha were all lovely people who tried their best to make us feel at home. The breakfast had many varieties . We spent 3 lovely days in this property and would love to come back again.

A beautiful relaxing place to stay but take cash to pay.

The property was clean and staff couldn’t do enough for us. The property sits right on the ocean and you can go for a swim to cool off and then have a drink on your balcony.

Despite being told several times, we could pay with credit card and everything would be okay, we ended up having to pay cash. This meant we had to get cash out of a machine just down the road which cost us an extra $50 in fees.

Very kind personnel, great place to relax and enjoy.

Owners/personnel were so kind and helpful. They did their best to support us starting from our reservation time until our check-out. We had a 5 day stay with great time. Room was clean and in style, the bay was 20 feet away from your room.

Paradise ( the best) sea view!

What an amazing hotel! Villa Kristina is a fabulous location for those seeking a wonderful ( private) beach, astonishing sea view and quality of services. Breakfast was delicious and the dinner was absolutely tasty. ( the food and presentation were at Master Chef level). We will definitely return!

Just as information ( not a dislike) For lunch, the restaurant is located cross the street ( 50 m behind the Villa Kristina.

Outstanding!

We had a wonderful stay at Kristina! Our room was very elegant, clean, comfortable and we loved our balcony overlooking the beautiful bay view. Kristina was very nice and professional. She welcomed us with wine and a tray filled with olives, bread, ham and homemade cheese, that she delivered to our room. Nada, her mother, cooked for us a delicious breakfast, it was outstanding! The whole family was very friendly, helpful and made us feel very much at home. The location is very beautiful, right on the water with beautiful views of Tivat. I would love to go back and stay here again. I highly recommend it!

Superb

Hotel is located in a quiet village Bijelila on Lustica Penisula, but close enough to Tivat for restaurants and other attractions. Villa is beautifuly situated with private water front terrace where you can relax on sunbeds or jump into the sea. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is tasty and every morning you can choose one options from the menu. Our double room was rather small but to be true we didn't spend much time in it because there is do much to do around. Bed was comfy tho. Plus electric kettle is always a good idea when you want to make coffee or tea. To sum up we had a great stay at Villa Kristina and would love to come back!

Best hosts and view

First, the owners were very welcoming from the moment we booked the room. The view is absolutely breathtaking. The rooms were clean and we had a balcony with the view. The cost of the room included a great breakfast. I would definitely stay here.

Absolute lovely family. They are all very kind and helpful there. The villa itself is beautiful, you can immediately jump into the water. The apartments are very clean. You find everything you need for having a wonderful time. You have to try their tasty dinner as well as the amazing breakfast. You should definitely give Villa Kristina Romantica a try.

The bed was very comfortable and the view was beautiful.

We booked an apartment with a balcony. The apartment was extremely small and very poorly equipped. The balcony was minute and two people could barely fit on it. Other apartments seemed better. I think we were unlucky with ours. The breakfast was very disappointing.

Very nice and helpful staff. Very clean and fresh rooms. Nice breakfasts with a lot of choices. In a very nice setting with stunning view's. A quiet tranquil place. A great base to explore from / visit other parts of Montenegro or even Croatia we drove to Croatia and visited Cavtat 1hr 40 minute drive.

Only one restaurant is in walking distance which was ok There was a bus service but September is classed as out of season and no bus timetable. A hire car is an absolute necessity, well when we stayed as stated above because of public transport Nearest Supermarket is a 6 minute drive another reason for needing a hire car or Scooter.

Good place to visit Kotor if you have a car

Really nice place, in front of the sea with a private area to relax. The food served was really tasty (we tried the fish and octopus in the pot). The room was also comfortable and the 2 women that manage the place super friendly. I definitely recommend this place.

View and comfort was amazing. Great place for a get away. The staff was immaculate! The younger girls speak little English but I never saw them without a smile.

As far as entertainment at this location there is none. Budva is a 30 minute drive and has all the fun. Nightclubs, parasailing, jet skis, amazing restaurants.

Was a very nice place to stay and enjoy swimming. Sea was amazing, breakfast was very good.

We really liked that the breakfast had choices and the amount was really good. Never left hungry, and it was delicious. Hotel owners and Alena tried their best to help out with anything and make us feel comfortable. We would like to visit again for sure. Lots of love

Warm service, waterfront views, and central location.

Bjelila is a perfect location to visit the surrounding areas. It's only a 15 min drive to both Tivat and Kotor, yet also very easy access to the Adriatic side beaches such as Plavi Horizinti and Jaz beach. The property is right on the water with fantastic views of Kotor Bay. Wonderful service and warm hospitality, loved our stay!

Great place if you know what you will (not) get

Quiet place - friendly staff - clean premises

Due to the harsh reaction of the owner to my rating of 7 stars (good), I decided to go into more details and give 6 now which is less good…. The room description of the “One-Bedroom Apartment with Spa Bath and Sea View” is not correct. The owner promised to rectify it. This is still not the case as of today. According to the owner it “is forbidden to cook inside the rooms. This kitchenette is just for some coffee or tea or similar”. On booking.com the room description clearly states otherwise: “a furnished kitchen is provided” and in facilities: “kitchenware””. The kitchen had only 1 pot, 1 fork, 1 spoon, 1 glass, 2 wine glasses, 4 cups, 2 shot glasses and a 1 tiny steel coffee pot). Definitely not an equipped kitchen as described. Not even a dish towel, sponge or trash can. Dish towel, cutlery and dishes were provided after asking for it. There also was no minibar and no electric kettle in the room as described. On booking.com the restaurant description states “menu: à la carte”. It’s a non-public restaurant without a menu. Dinner or lunch is on demand of the hotel guests and prices must be asked for. The breakfast was not to our tastes. The bathroom has a bath tub. If you want to take a shower, you need to kneel down or sit in it due to the low ceiling. The single lever faucet of the tub has cold and hot inverted. Contrary to the description on booking.com no bath robes are provided. The satellite receiver was not configured and the batteries of the TV remote control had expired and were leaking battery fluid. Batteries were replaced by the owner. On the aerial photos of the premises only the right building belongs to Villa Kristina. Unfavorable access to the upper rooms via exterior, narrow staircases. Hotel owned access into the water via stairs is slippery and uneven, but they installed a solid handrail. Balcony has no sunshade: too hot to sit outside in the morning or afternoon. The “free parking” is a public parking lot next to the hotel. Mostly found a spot.
