Really nice apartments with free parking and restaurant on site.short walking distance to porto novi

Really nice property with a restaurant on site. Staff was really wonderful, spoke multiple languages, making check in super easy. Free parking and breakfast included was also really nice! It was a feast of freshly made Balkan goodies.

Our specific apartment was not super clean - a lot for hairs in the bathroom. However, we booked and checked in last minute so definitely rushed their normal process.

Great small-scale apartment-hotel resort with a good buffet breakfast, a beautiful rooftop pool and super kind ladies serving you in the restaurant with excellent local dishes, pasta, salads and (poolside) cocktails & snacks. 5 minutes walk from the beaches in Denovi and exclusive Porto Novi marina. Free on-site parking. Super clean and awesome cleaning crew.

The bed in our apartement wasn't up to standard, but the staff swiftly arranged to move us to another one with a better bed once available.

Comfortable stay for a short trip

The property location was great. The pool area was also wonderful.

The rooms were very dated. The kitchen could do with replacing as well as the bathroom. All were very old and rusting. The rooms had neither been cleaned very well with many dust deposits. The shower tray was stained around the bottom with dirt too. The bedding was very old and needed replacing as well as our mattress which was stained.

The toilette in our room was really not cleaned. The whole room could be more clean. The rooms are not comfy. There was a hair in the pancake. At breakfast the dishes was not clean. If you have next to know standards, this hotel might be good.

beautiful stay with excellent pool, excellent breakfast, great parking, restaurant, flowery surroundings.... great spacious clean rooms.... and very helpfull staff. the beach with cristall watter is 3 min away. also had a great time in Herceg novi, eat great fish in Konoba Škver at the sea side.... and visited beautifull old town - a better experience than Dubrovnik....

Mostly good with a couple of serious issues

Excellent roof swimming pool with readily available sunbeds. Short walk down to the Adriatic sea so the location was nice. Everything was tidy and clean and the breakfast was very good. Additionally our appartments were spacious with ample AC which made for a nice refuge in the 35C heat!

There was no room cleaning at all for 7 days. They emptied the trash and swapped towels only once, not often enough. While the appartments have kitches, they are not fitted with the necessary utensils. No spatula, scissors, bread knife, wine glasses etc. We asked to borrow some but were told to return it the morning after. The staff felt annoyed when we asked for anything and rarely smiled. Food from the restaurant took 45 minutes all three times we ordered. The rooftop bar lady was completely disinterrested in helping or serving, don't think she wanted to be working there at all. Lastly, I wouldn't use their airport transfer service again. No AC in the van they sent, in smouldering heat and extreme Montenegro traffic. One kid threw up and another nearly fainted.

We left Apartments Sun Village immediately upon arrival as we did not feel safe.

Nothing went well!

I think that security is missing. If they close the reception at 23h:00, I think that they should at least have a security guy taking care of the apartments, visitors and entrance door.

Location is good, accessibility is good too.

The technical conditions of the room, especially in bathroom. The bathroom is awful, leaking showertube, lowlevel toiletries, bad towels, limited quantity of hot water. There were NO hot water available to take shower for two persons. We had to wait up to 3 hours for water being boil again, to enable the second person takes the shower. The other options are: take shower together or take shower one time in two days. The staff had paid no attention to our complaints.

Very nice stay here...near to the beach, a big stunning roof top pool, tasty food and clean rooms. Also big parking for those who come with car. We will try to come back and stay for longer. ;)

Very good hotel for vacation stay in Montenegro.

The breakfast is very tasty and varied. The swimming pool is excellent. You can also order beer, drink and something to eat there from the hotel restaurant. The distance to the beach is also great, it's a 5 minute walk.

The pool opening hours were not clearly specified: on the first day they told us that we could use it from 7am to 11pm. The next day they informed us that the pool's opening time was from 7am till 9pm and not till 11pm. WIFI is definitely something which needs to be improved. The speed was average and the connection was very unstable. It worked best only when we stayed on the balcony.
