Clean and quiet, but the location is not convenient without transportation.

The location is quite far from the market, restaurants, and main attractions. It’s not very convenient without your own transport, especially in the evening

The hotel's landscaping and gardening is quite good; the pool is quite okay and the rooms are spacious and clean, but the bathrooms not properly attended. Housekeeping seems to be weak. Breakfast if somewhat okay but very limited choices.

Great value boutique hotel in Ubud. My go to hotel when i visit Bali. Super staff, spacious comfy rooms, fab pool. Reasonable priced meals as well. Short walk or Grab to town centre

Gem of a hotel in Ubud

This is my 2nd stay here and it doesnt disappoint. The hotel is beautifully maintained, rooms, garden and pool. The beds are comfy and its very quiet. The staff cant do enough for you. Very reasonably priced and so is the in house restaurant.

Spacious rooms, comfortable bed, nice swimming pool, good location if you have a scooter, and friendly staff.

The bathroom had a strong sewer smell, the balcony lock was broken, and there was an ongoing ant problem. The TV didn’t work, and the A/C remote wasn’t functioning either. There were also constant noises coming from a nearby construction site.

Highly recommend

This hotel is absolutely amazing — beautifully designed and well-maintained. The staff is extremely cooperative and friendly; they even cooked the food exactly the way we requested. The floating breakfast was exceptional and such a wonderful experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a memorable stay!

Most enjoyable, comfortable and relaxing

Food excellent. Laundry servicd too. Villa booked all our days out. Even a cookery class, which was so interesting and fun. Their car and driver service excellent. Friendly, helpful and good knowledge of whole island. Sightseeing with him made our stay so much more. We could relax knowing everything was planned out for us personally and no time factor. Room storage was very good. Very friendly staff and always willing to help.

Room could do with revamping but otherwise comfortable. Bed was comfortable and hard. Just right.

Friendly helpful staff, pool was great, room was really comfy, cleaned every day and water replenished. Food was good, organised scooter hire, also not on the main road so quiet at night which is fab!

Far away from the airport 1h40 drive (traffic jam). It takes quite long to bring your food at the restaurant which quality is ok (because they cook on the spot what u order,i started ordering 30min before going to the restaurant )

The staff were really good and helpful and acknowledged the fact that there were flaws.

The pictures that were shown on booking.com did not match with what we got. The 3bedroom villa needs to be fixed up and we have spoken to the operations manager and shown him. Hoping it is fixed up.

Staff are kind. We rent a motorbike with them. It’s close to the city but you’re around rice fields which is nice. The bed was comfortable

The room is old and needs to be repaint and updated, specially the bathroom, there are traces and smell of humidity. The counter top of the sink is going to come off soon I think.

Exceptional

Great location and feels like your own little oasis in the middle of Ubud. The staff are incredible and couldn’t do anything more to help you! They can organise all your trips and make sure to check in on you. The food is great and the cheery welcome every time you came back made you feel really special. A great time was had!
