The staff was very welcoming and courteous.
The rooms are large with large bathrooms.
Breakfast was good.
The living room was not air conditioned.
The wall has holes (purposely, that's the design) but bugs came in.
The TV in my room was not working.

We just spent five days at Pondok Massas and are absolutely delighted with our stay.
The welcome, the staff, the room, the garden, the pool – we have absolutely no complaints.
It's a bit far from the centre, but for us, who enjoy walking, that wasn't a problem.

The pool and staff, ac worked efficiently, white clean bed linen and towels.
Quiet area away from traffic noise.
We had the deluxe room, it was very old and tired, the front door curtain, shower curtain, bathroom shower screen, tiles and floor, in need of a deep clean.
