Bright, modern one bedroom second floor penthouse (35 steps) apt on a small complex just a 3 minute stroll from the centre of Mijas village, close to an array of restaurants,tapas bars,cafes and shops. The view of the coast and surrounding countryside from the large Moroccan arched terrace is breath taking, the mountains of North Africa can be seen in the distance. At night you can see the lights twinkling on the Costa del Sol coast line. The pool is surrounded by a large sun bathing terrace with the most stunning views. Sun beds and parasols are provided free of charge. Two toilets and a shower.The very pretty historic white village has narrow winding streets,old bull ring, museum and a plethora of churches including a lovely white church nestled on the hills above Mijas a 20 minute walk away.Take a donkey or horse and carriage ride and explore the sights. Free Flamenco show and spectacular events in the recently re designed town square add to the charm of Mijas. There is an inexpensive regular bus service to the coast, local towns and Malaga.

Had a great time with hubby family we’re staying at other end of town so ideal for meeting up ! Couple of observations air conditioning quite noisy also information folder could do with updating

A really great location. Not too far to restaurants, bus stop and local amenities. Great view from balcony as described.
However a few issues... description on site needs updating. Air conditioning in bedroom does not work. Stand alone fan as stated in property description was not evident. Very hot at night. Neither were there any bathrobes. Also extractor fan appeared to be missing above hob so no switch for hob lights. Very dark in kitchen to cook.
Apartment is generally dated but location makes up for it as not really in apartment for too long. Pool area very welcome in the heat. Met some really nice owners within the block.
Please can you arrange to clean under the bed though. Bed very comfy but too heavy for your cleaner to move...
