Not enough heating for the unusual weather conditions for Mijas

Nagyon szépen felújított, jól felszetelt appartman. A szállásadó segítőkész, könnyű volt kommunikálni.

Nehezített parkolás, de megoldottuk.

The place was largely as described and the shower was great, however there were, lets call them some misunderstandings in the description, see below.

I would imagine most people would call this house quirky, in that it is intermingled with the property next door i.e. next door had a room under the lounge and the double bedroom (the only room with air-conditioning by the way) is under next doors’ terrace with iron stairs down to their room passing between the bathroom and bedroom. On the first night of our stay there was a good deal of shouting and merriment on this passageway at one in the morning, so the owners need to have a word with the neighbours (they also have dog which started barking at 4 in the morning). The lounge window looks out over what appears to be the main thoroughfare out of Mijas, it is narrow with lots of manholes and is very noisy and used at all times of day and night. Therefore when it’s hot, as it was when we stayed, you must have the window open because it’s not air-conditioned so not great. We eat out most of the time we were there but I would say that of the kitchen equipment the frying pans were well passed their useful life and need replacing.
