I’d love to come back again and again.

Exceptional location, best I have seen so far. Every detail of the whole property has been obviously carefully thought of. During the day one can watch the seashore below from the commodity of an armchair while during the night you can relax listening to cricket and bird sounds while watching flickering lights of the small towns located on the beach or even on the peninsula more than 70km away with soft breeze cooling you all the time. If you wish to go to the beach with great beach bars it is very close, some 10km drive down the hill.

GPS navigation took us through the city of Litochoro and it's very narrow and steep streets, which was a bit frustrating after a 600km drive. However, there is a much better route so be sure to ask very kind and ready to help in any way host Kostas about that route and you'll be happy to drive down to the beach or anywhere else anytime.

Thoroughly enjoyable

Great view from the property over the sea. Walks started from outside the gate. The owners were extremely helpful and the food was presented beautifully and the vegetables homegrown. Swimming pool and exercise room also. Highly recommend the place

Good for one night. Very tight parking

Nice outdoor space, very well maintained. Nice, clean rooms. They had a pool but they close it at 8 pm so we could not enjoy it.

We arrived late and there was no parking, very crowded with tight spots. There is a big grass area on which you are not allow to go, but luckly one of the guys let us park on it for the night. We booked a two bedroom apartment which only had one air conditioning that could not cope with the heat. Breakfast was ok, not to diversified! The road to get here is far away from center and there is a steep and narrow 4 km road to go on.

A must go place!!!

The place is amazing and the hosts were more than welcome! Definitely going back, hopefully this summer and in colder weather to set up in rooms with fireplace! It is better than the pictures. Really close to so many places for sightseeing and the view is to die for! Absolutely recommend it!

Fabulous

An amazing place, with a fantastic view, hosted by a warmhearted family. The vegetables are fresh from their amazing garden. The pool is perfect, also with a lower part for children. We received some great tips of restaurants and activities to do nearby. Absolutely loved our stay there!

A beautiful hotel, surrounded by nature, with great hospitality.

First of all, the location is fantastic. At the foot of Mount Olympus, in the national park, yet just a short distance from the charming town of Litochoro. Ktima Faki is an oasis of peace, with pleasant temperatures thanks to its higher elevation in the forest. Everything is clean and well-maintained. But the best part of the hotel is the family who runs it. Everything feels very personal — highly recommended!

Amazing retreat at the foot of Olympus

Great view, very friendly and relaxed staff, good restaurant with amazing authentic Greek food. We got an upgrade to a very nice room. Close to the village center. Totally recommend!

All in all, this place was very hospitable and relaxing!!

One of the best things about the hotel is the people there. Everyone meets you like you’re family, very friendly and open! Our room, deluxe was very spacious, open but at the same time very private, with our own balcony. The swimming pool was amazing aswell - most hotels have those uncomfortable stairs vertically down, but this one had gradual steps down for a balanced and controlled refreshing, I loved this tiny but thoughtful feature! And of course the breakfasts were top notch with very tasty coffee, lots of choice for main and dessert, and same for lunch and dinner, whwre I think I tried the tastiest Greek salad😄. The location is great!! Next to the path to Olimpus. We will definitely come back !

A wonderful oasis on the mountain

We were made very welcome when we arrived. Wonderful hospitality and peaceful location with amazing views. Food was excellent with fresh vegetables and salad from the garden. Pool was refreshing after a long days drive.

Absolutely stunning. From the moment we arrived, we were taken aback by how beautiful the property was, perched perfectly to offer breathtaking views that felt like something out of a postcard. The hotel itself is spotless, with recently renovated rooms that strike the perfect balance between comfort and modern elegance. What truly made the stay exceptional, though, was the hospitality. The hosts went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We asked if there might be a room with a better view available, and without hesitation, they upgraded us, free of charge, to a gorgeous suite overlooking the landscape. Every detail was thoughtful, and every moment was effortless. We had the most incredible stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly, highly recommend.

we visited the place during a low seasons. The place was very peaceful inside the forest. There were a couple of hiking trails passing from the spot. Also breakfast was a surprise for such a low season.

Hiking trip of a lifetime

The owner and staff was so helpful and kind. I travelled alone and I even sat down with them and had a bit of lunch when they offered. The owner was so kind he even let me pick my room out of a couple of options. Me and the owner planned my hiking trip and it went perfectly. I managed to make it to the highest peaks in mount Olympus. (There is a path right outside the hotel) The food there is excellent and they grow natural products on the site. The views are amazing and swimming pool so clean and well maintained. 10/10 I read the reviews before booking and I seen one customer gave it a low score. Forget about that they must have been having a bad day. This was a once in a Lifetime experience i will never forget. Thank you to the amazing staff.

Creepy.

The property is situated in the Olympus national park. The owner told us that it is the only one in Greece allowed to do so. The sea view is good. No view to the mountain, though.

As you go up the hill arriving to the hotel you are greeted by a very bumpy road, an abandoned car, and a dog barking. The property is managed by the owner (who has business in another city) and his son. No other staff was present. It is advertised as a four star hotel. It is not a hotel, more like a motel. We booked a family room (the "hotel" was empty that night...), and when we arrived a lady was called to do our beds, to her obvious dissatisfaction. Later on we saw the same lady walking back to the village, which is considerably far from the "hotel". She was not there for breakfast, which was served by the owner himself. The breakfast was cold, a jug of coffee, cold milk, bread, butter, and jam, two bowls of cereals for the children. The owner-waiter served us 5 fried eggs on plate. It was a rather scary experience, since the place was deserted and rather isolated.

The view, the modern layout and furniture, the warm atmosphere of the room, breakfast was really nice, the people, they provided Netflix.

The road to reach the place was difficult, there was no table in the room, the bathroom lights were connected with ventilation that made noise.

Amazing view with a great kitchen. Excellent options for non-vegetarians and vegetarians. Outside of town, up in the hills so a great way to view miles of coastline with peace and quiet.

Hotel located on an amazing property surrounded by forest with a breathtaking view over the sea. There's a small vegetables garden and some goats and chickens. The garden produce, the eggs and goats' milk are used in the restaurant.
