The place is nice. The staff is professional and kind. Not too friendly and not too laid back.
The food is not five stars definitely. Formally, it looks like there is a variety, but it is just the same things mixed. No real flavour and taste. It is like we are supposed to offer this, here it is, we did our part!

Closer to the beach, food was excellent, pool was clean, staff maintains the hotel, free parking and available places to park, very good for little kids two different pools specially for kids to have fun.

Weather. Ok parking spaces.
Half of the toys in kid pools didnt work. Roof was leaking in the room. Side lift wasnt operational 2 days. Guests were smoking (every day of my stay) in non smoking areas (just below non smoking sign) of the hotel and there was no reaction from hotel. Ppl were allowed to "reserve" place on the beach by leaving the towels and sometimes it was not easy to find place. Sometimes was necessary to wait in front of the dining hall due to the overcrowded hall.
