Room and more particular the bathroom was not even close to look like the one from in the pictures. We had issues with A

The room and bathroom didn’t looked similar with what was on pictures. The food was not extraordinary and diverse, chicken was a rarity, and drinks from the bar were low on quality. Under expectations taking into consideration the costs.

We had a perfect, stress free and care free holiday, enjoying the pleasant atmosphere!

The hotel is excellent - both amenities and service. I liked the spacious room, the nice bathroom, the comfortable beds and the big terrace. It was really comfortable and pleasant for a family of 3. This is really important to me - I want to have a nice, clean and pleasant accommodation when on a vacation and San Panteleimon offers exactly that. The pool, bar and restaurant area was very pleasant, with well maintained flowers and greenery. The kids play area was also a regular part of the daily program of our 5-year old son. We really liked the staff - the service worked perfectly: at the reception, at the restaurant, at the bar, cleaning and maintenance - they were all friendly and highly professional so that we felt welcome and relaxed. Although the hotel doesn't have direct beach access, the path to the beach was very short, nice and beautiful - with lot of plants, shadows and neat little holiday villas. It is also important to mention that the food served was very good, versatile in choices for every preference, fresh and colorful!

The rooms had very good curtains. It would be great to have some extra protection at the terrace for the sunny periods of the day (like a canopy, overhangs, umbrella or similar).

Good for the price

The hotel was generally clean and the food was ok. It was in a good location. The staff was helpful.

It was an all-inclusive hotel, but I would like to warn those who will come in advance that certain drinks are provided within the scope of all-inclusive. Beverage quality was not good. For example, hot coffee is all-inclusive but not cold coffee. There are long gaps between meal times. Breakfast ends at 10 am, lunch starts at 1 pm and ends at 3 pm. Dinner starts at 7pm. If you have children, be prepared for these long intervals because snacks are not served. There is only water in the minibar in the room. We stayed 4 days and our sheets were not changed. The room is cleaned every day. The beach is within walking distance but it is not a hotel beach. If you want a sunbed and umbrella, you can use it free of charge by paying for your drink per person.

Lovely hotel and amazing staff

The staff were amazing. The service at the restaurant was great and we were given a packed lunch for a day trip out.. The cleaners made up our room every day with new fresh towels. The reception staff were extremely helpful and informative. The food was so fresh and tasty for a buffet service. The pool is fab.

More English speaking entertainment would have been appreciated as most of it was aimed at Polish guests. A bbq night would have been great. More information at hand for guests on local tours available would also be great. More English speaking channels would have also been good to have for the lazy evenings.

Great people working in the hotel, from reception to breakfast area, friendly, helpful and polite. We stayed during November, off season, so we didn't use the swimming pool. Great breakfast, with many and quality food. Free parking outside of the hotel.

Very good

The Hotel staff was very polite and helpful. The location of the hotel is very close to the beach in walking distance (100 m). Breakfast and food in general is decent and there is some variety. Family room is spacious and can really accommodate 4 persons even if the children are teenagers.

There are no hotel sunbeds at the beach but there are a couple nearby beachbars, however that part of the beach is really crowded because of 2 camping sites there, but this is not the hotel's fault.

A modern, comfortable and well run hotel, close to the beach with Olympus view!

On the plus side: - The hotel is run by a family who care about their guests and the service provided. The general manager will go a long way to accomplish that. Such care and dedication is highly appreciated. - Breakfast is good. - Check out was friendly, efficient and pleasant - The beds are good - Good shower - Spacious rooms - Big pool - Space to sit by the pool in a lovely setting - Good drinks by the pool, and the bar man in charge of the non-all-inclusive bar is very good and friendly - Very close to the beach

Improvements: - Some small issues arised during our stay, but were tackled by the general manager. - We'll stay again next time we're in the area.

Very happy and my family can’t wait to visit again

Breakfast was very good with hot and cold dishes available. Staff were very friendly, at all times. Everywhere the hotel was very clean and it has been renovated recently.

Залишився неприємний спомин.

Готель для пляжного відпочинку ідеальний. За 100 метрів громадський пісчаний пляж. На пляжі парасольки і лежаки платні, але якщо замовити в них напитки - то безплатно. Можна за результатами лежаки на кілька будні дні крім вихідних.

Харчування одноманітне кожен день практично одне і теж, голодні не були. Відпочинок нам зіпсував персонал який прибирав номери, а саме за два дні до виїзду нам в диспансери для шампуню/рідкого мила налили хлорки (доместос). В результаті було спорчено одяг. На зауваження адміністратори особливо не зреагували. Покоївки навіть не вміють зняти диспансери для того щоб помити і замінити вміст. Прийшлося допомагати. Спочатку думав що це помилково, але коли ми зібрали речі при виїзді, виявили краду гаманця з картками який знаходимся в нашій сумці. Моє упущення що не поклав гаманець у сейф. Через пару днів я побачив що по двох картках була спроба використати кошти. Перший раз я зіткнувся з таким недобросовісним персоналом.

Χαλαρές και όμορφες διακοπές

Το προσωπικό έκανε τη διαφορά. Ο κος Σάκης, η "ψυχή" του ξενοδοχείου, ήταν πάντα πρόθυμος να εξυπηρετήσει κατά τη διάρκεια των γευμάτων. Επίσης το προσωπικό στη ρεσεψιόν του ξενοδοχείου. Δεν θα ήθελα να φανεί ρατσιστικό αλλά είναι η πρώτη φορά μετά από πολλά χρόνια που αισθάνθηκα αυτό που λέμε ελληνική φιλοξενία. Οι έλληνες εργαζόμενοι του ξενοδοχείου, ιδίως αυτοί που ήταν μεγαλύτερης ηλικίας ήταν αυτοί που ξεχώρισαν. Οι νέοι εργαζόμενοι από άλλες χώρες ήταν λίγο χαμένοι και απόμακροι. Τα δωμάτια του ξενοδοχείου είναι ευρύχωρα και καθαρίζονται καθημερινά. Πολύ όμορφη και η πισίνα του ξενοδοχείου. Τα γεύματα που περιλαμβάνονταν στο all inclusive θα έλεγα ότι ήταν πλήρη από άποψη επιλογών. Καθημερινά υπήρχαν γεύματα με κρέας από κοτόπουλο, χοιρινό, μοσχάρι και ψάρι, σαλάτες, γλυκά και φρούτα. Το πρωινό ήταν σχετικά καλό. Το ξενοδοχείο είναι πολύ κοντά στη θάλασσα.

Τα ποτά, αναψυκτικά, καφέδες που περιλαμβάνονται στο πρόγραμμα all inclusive είναι επιεικώς απαράδεκτα. Υπάρχει μία επιλογή μπύρας η οποία είναι άγευστη και ξεθυμασμένη μονίμως. Το ίδιο συμβαίνει και με τα αναψυκτικά. Το κρασί ήταν άγευστο σαν να ήταν νερωμένο. Οι καφέδες ήταν τύπου μηχανής και θυμίζουν δεκαετία 80. Σε κάθε περίπτωση υπάρχει βέβαια η επιλογή να αγοράσεις κανονικό καφέ, ποτά και αναψυκτικά αλλά με επιπλέον κόστος.

Ok pentru scurtă durată

Angajații extraordinari de drăguți, oferit apă la plecare pentru drum, camera liniștită, cu posibilitate de întunecat complet. Piscina foarte frumoasă și mic dejun foarte bun chiar și pentru pretențioși.

Baia nu arată ca pentru un hotel de 4 stele. Senzația pe care ți/o dă hotelul e de cazare în Bulgaria, cumva nu simți Grecia autentică. Aș fi vrut să existe o plajă a hotelului, dar a fost OK, aproape

A szállodában az étkezések svédasztalos formában történtek. . Minden igényt kielégítő, finom , friss. Folyamatosan pótolták ha elfogyott valami. A személyzet udvarias, segítőkész. Nagyon örültünk, hogy találkoztunk magyar felszolgálókkal is. A szobák maximálisan tiszták voltak, igényesen felszereltek.

Тихий, спокійний відпочинок.

Хочу написати взагалі, а не тільки, що сподобалось. Це 3 поверховий готель, на 0 поверсі рецепція та прохідний ресторан, з якого виходиш до басейну. Ми їхали пару діб до готелю з України, приїхали в 15:00, нас привітно зустріли, запропонували охолоджену воду, видали ключи від номеру на 3-му поверсі.. Номер був не таким, як на фото з бронювання. Нам наголосили, що номери бронювання виділяються не по фото, а за назвою номера "Делюкс..." . Не розумію, чому не виставити всі фото номерів для обрання, а не лише найкращій? А ще, на балконі дуже шумно гула вентеляційна труба з кухні ресторану (в-перше таке бачу, щоб її розташування було на балконах відпочиваючих, а не біля шахти сходів з ліфтом (наприклад). Коли я звернулася до адміністрації, сказала, що це заважатиме нам відпочити (я не пояснювала, як люди з України зараз відносяться до гулу, та цінують тишу, лише сказала, що ми маємо дитину з інвалідністтю, яку це буде нервувати. Зрозумійте ми приїхали для перезавантаження психіки та душевного спокою), попросила інший номер. Адміністрація ввічлево запропонувала інші варіанти (в цій ціновій політиці) на теріторії готелю. За що, я вдячна пані Софії. Ми бронювали на 7 днів 6 ночей. Готель знаходиться на другій лінії від моря. До пляжу хвилин 5. Море неймовврно красиве, вода прозора. Відпочивали на піску, як інші люди з готелю, про індивідуальний пляж нам не повідомляли, мабудь його не має. Територія готелю невелика, в середині великий басейн. Чистий.Різної глубіни, комфортно для дітей та дорослих. Він працює з 10:00 до 19:00, той хто любить пізні купання в басейні, повинні про це знати. На барі, біля басейну безкоштовні: морозиво, кава, чай, лимонад, кола, спрайт. Пиво, червоне та біле вино (на розлив, одного виду). Все інше напої, коктелі за гроші. В ресторані вибір їжі невеликий, але голодними не залишитеся. Аппарат по приготуванню чаю та кави працює лише вранці, на сніданок. Десерти подавали різні на вибір, а от фруктів не було вибору.

Ми знайшли лише один вагомий недолік. Їжа в ресторані стоїть відкрита, мухи лазять по їжі, навіть коли сидишь за столом приймая їжу, від мух немає відбою, тому, що ресторан відкрит з усіх сторін, через це в ньому не жарко, але і мухи вільно літають. Ми зверталися до персоналу, нам відповіли, що раз на місяць приїзжає служба, яка бореться з комахами. Але нам що до того, якщо за весь наш відпочинок, з нами, з наших тарілок їли мухи. І прохання додайте, хочаб пару гойдалок, для дітей 5-14 років. Щоб ввечері дітям, вашим гостям, було чим зайнятися. Дякую.
