Hotel Galaxias

Everything, first and foremost a big thank you to the hotel staff the lady (I believe the manager) is great and quick at fixing issues. I had accidently taken out the door handle from my room door and she organised it to be repaired asap. The receptionist was also great and lovely very talkative very nice to the guests as well as the lovely cleaning lady. The check in was easy. The rooms itself are lovely to say at least, everything is freshly renovated and in pretty neutral colors. The beds are incredibely comfortable and the curtains block out any lights at night so a good night sleep is included in the room prices. Bathrooms are also new and pretty, you get nespresso pods for the coffee machine and housekeeping provides fresh towels every other day. Location wise the hotel is in the pedestrian zone right at the beach but is not noisy since the balcony doors when closed damp out the noise. Overall our stay was excellent and I highly recommend staying here since you will be in very good hands at all times. Price vs quality is very much given.

Wifi was a bit slow, not highspeed I beliebe this is due to the volume of guests using it so it is not really the hotels fault.

Clean, comfy, very beautiful interior

Nothing

Lovely property. Very clean and comfortable. Location was excellent, literally on the beachfront with the main street lined with shops, restaurants and bars right on the doorstep. Would definitely recommend a stay there.

Nothing all was good

The location was great, the bed comfortable and there was a smart TV!

There were some ants in the kitchen and some plates were dirty but most importantly I didn't receive a message that was explaining that neither breakfast nor sunbeds were included in the price so I was a bit disappointed.
