Since it was off season we got a very reasonable rate for rooms directly facing the water and marina. The interior was nice and modern and though we usually avoid staying in Hotels preferring more individual accommodations this place was the perfect fit. The location is unbeatable right in the center of Platamonas - everything within walking distance. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a good variety to choose from.
When we checked into our rooms there was this constant sewage smell in the bathrooms. We evetually managed to get rid of it by letting the water run for a while and putting a towel over the floor drain. But the smell would return after a while. It would have been nice if they had taken care of this or at least told us about it prior to our check in.

The room was clean.
Staff on the first day was rude. Our heater didn’t work, and we did not feel taken seriously. We got put in another room, but it felt like a downgrade since the second room was smaller. The pool was also closed, but we booked this room because the pool was included. It was a shame, because we wanted to swim. It also said laundry was available, but when we asked staff on the first day he said it wasn’t possible and gave us no other options. Another shame.
