very modern building with so cool apartment. ultra clean with everyday maintenance. beach is across the street. free parking. so, everything is fantastic! full recommended.

Great modern place to stay

The suite was really great. Very clean place and with comfortable bed. The central location allowed us to be very close to everything. There were 2 restaurants with very delicious food just across the street on the beach. Despite the central location the it was very quite during the night and we had quality sleep.

The only thing I would recommend is to have dishwashing liquid and sponge in the kitchen box.

A wonderfyl weekend

Very comfortable beds, clean, big bathroom (compare to other greek hotels) good locations and parking. Personal is so polite and supportive!

Excellent hotel for wonderful vacation

It is a great apartment with a wonderful sea view from balcony and bedroom. The view from bedroom is even better. It is a new apartment, clean on excellent location from main street and beach. Breakfast was very large with a lot of different food kinds.

All is good. No issues.

We stayed in a maisonette with sea view Proximity to centre and all amenities. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Nice to have the hotel pool as an alternative option to the sea.

Internal stairs were a bit steep if it was for a family. Not an issue for me. Sea view was interrupted by ugly roofs, but not much that can be done about it. It dis not affect our stay or opinion of hotel and staff

Modern nice apartment in the center of Leptokarya

Great location especially the rooms higher up allow a view of the sea and when looking down you have a view of a lively street with lots of tourist shops that is fun to watch. At night things are quiet. Rooms are new and have a modern and fresh feel

nothing really. The rooms were very clean but just one small improvement could be the replacement of the seals in the shower, there was a bit of mold on these.

Overall beautiful room with sea view and clean bathroom with hot water available at any times

The location was great. Sea view was amazing, especially when you sleep with the windows open you can hear the sea and relax. There was two AC units in the room that you can use. The bathroom was also great with everything that you need. Overall good value for the price.

The only two things that I didn’t like was the narrow stairs to the bedroom, which can be tricky when going down. The other thing is they have only 4 hangers in the closet, but I believe you can ask for more.

I had an amazing stay at Rate Olympos Suites Apartments. Everything was perfect!

The room was gorgeous and clearly well maintained. It was such a cool setup too! I loved the window right next to the bed so I could fall asleep and wake up with the view of the water. It was amazing! I wasn't able to stay for breakfast the next day, but the woman working gave me a take away coffee for my journey. Everyone was so kind and helpful and I had an amazing experience.

Perfect location, amazing sea view! Room was new and exceptionally clean, with a practical little kitchenette and a nice balcony to enjoy your coffee while looking at the sea. The bed was very comfy with an anatomical mattress and the seating place with the sofa, coffee table and TV was a really nice touch. Two A/C units kept the place warm and cozy, the lighting was all in the right places, and my personal favorite, a full body mirror in the hall to check yourself before leaving the room. Overall, an excellent experience!

Amazing view from bedroom to sea!!! Very comfortable living room with sofa, good location at the beach. At 150-200 meters there is shop «Masoutis».

very small kitchen zone for apartments without electric stove or microwave. So if you want to cook you can’t. Water is only in minibar.

Great stay, excellent facilities

The facilities were excellent. The room was very new and clean. The location was great too, it was very close to the beach and all restaurants. The staff were friendly and the communication was good.

My stay was very pleasant. Everything run smoothly, even when there was an issue with the air conditioning, it was quickly fixed. The cleaner knocked our door around 09.30 am on a Sunday morning, this could be avoided but in general the communication was great.

located in center of leptokaria, next to the beach, amazig sea view, staff are very friendly especially ladies who clean. rooms are very clean, and if you want they can be cleaned every day.

I would recommend booking a room with mountain view. The one with the see view is very noisy because of the restaurants and boutiques in front of the hotel.
