Akteon Grini is the best hotel in Paralia

The staff was amazing, and customer satisfaction is on point. We loved all their amenities, how modern the hotel and rooms are. Location can't be beat, it's right in the heart of Paralia you have shops, restaurants, and best of all the beach!

Would prefer a breakfast buffet instead of a set menu but their breakfast was delicious.

Great hotel

A very modern, clean and charming hotel. located right on the beach (you can practically walk out of the reception onto the beach) but also on the street full of shops and taverns - with very friendly staff, excellent breakfast and fast internet.

The parking is a bit far, about 800 m, in a closed area in a field, unguarded. But given the central location of the hotel, it is understandable

Excellent location, great value for money !

Excellent location right in the center of Paralia, beach front, nice spacious rooms with all you need and very nice staff. The private parking is only a short walk away but you have room in front of the hotel to drop off / pick-up the luggage upon arrival/departure, so we found it very easy overall. The breakfast has decent variety, cleaning every day in the room, so all in all excellent value for money.

Only maybe one small thing, the bed mattresses could be a bit more comfortable, but that's it, you can easily get past this :)

Very naice place

The hotel is on the beach. We booked triple room, which was large enough and clean. The hosts are very responsive and kind. The hotel is in pedestrian area of Paralia, but it is possible to reach it by car during the day when the street is open. Also, they have a large parking lot within walking distnase.

Everything was amazing... The view from the balcony was stunning. The staff was very friendly. We didn't want to leave. We can highly recommend...

A good choice for a few nights.

Good location (city center and close to beach), many shops and restaurants around. Good and tasty breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.

Bad TV signal. The water did not go down the drain normally, so there was a lot of water on the bathroom floor. The air conditioner worked very poorly.

Amazing ! The sew view is all worth it and the triple room was quite big .

The breakfast was very good, including a variety of things : salads, olives, cheese ,fruits , drinks . Even if you are a picky person you have a wide variety to choose . I loved the sea view and the fact that the hotel is right on the beach . Also the personnel is nice and helpful. The hotel is very clean. It is an amazing place ! I hope to return some day ^_^

Sometimes in the bathroom , there was water near the shower, but that is a minor thing .

Good value for money

The view from the balcony was amazing. The breakfast could be taken on the tables on the beach which was very nice. We liked the breakfast variety as well, not too many options but all tasty. The bar staff was great, cheers to the 2 guys!

The check in is at 3 pm which is very late. The elevator is very small, barely fitted summer stroller and 1 parent. The beach is under shade entirely at 5pm, not best use of the best sun. The sea looks filthy in the afternoons.

Very good place to spend holidays with the family!

Right on the beach, very clean, nice staff. We got free beers from the boys at the bar. Quick serve of the drinks on the beach. Very nice lady on the reception. Cleaning every day, towels changed every 2 days. Very secure, surveillance camerad everywhere. I reccomand rooms with sea view!

Meh

Breakfast was OK, but not exceptional. The room wasn’t what we expected because for this price in Paralia you shouldn’t have to hod the shower head in one hand and was with the other. The furniture was falling apart, too. I make furniture for a living and maybe that’s biased, but the door of the wardrobe was falling down. Anyway, we’ll book a different hotel next time.

I liked that the hotel was near the beach and that the windows were well isolated from the street noise. Maybe it’s okay to stay for a night

The description says that the parking is 200m from the hotel but it was actually at least 400m ,carrying all our bags in this hot weather was just awful way to start our vacation. The room was nothing like the pictures they show, they don’t even have soaps and shampoos. When we were leaving there was no one on reception for looong time.

The locations was great It looks onto the beach and it has nice view. Shops are very near and convinient. Quiet place for the beginning of the season

The breakfast was mediocre at best. There were not a lot of choices and rarely replenished. The balcony and bathroom were both outdated and rusted from the salt water but they assured us that they are gonna renovate the whole hotel for the next season. The beds were very uncomfortable and no mosquito nets, but they provided anti mosquito wall plug ins Also the parking is very far(350m) from the hotel. It's on the end street of the town. You can briefly park in front to get your stuff in the hotel but then you have to leave your car 350m away.

The view which I have at home so basically.. nothing

Blood on the sheet No door in the shower.. place looked like a swamp The girl at the. Front doesn't was shocked to see there is no door and then I got this disturbing answer from the hotel which shows how low the manager is... Basically they wrote- u can have a shower without a door. Blood on the sheet- so what?? AC makes noise like tractor and wakes u up all night? So what??? Shame on them. Be aware of this place I would not put my dog there.. Was shocked from the pkace so forgot to take photos of the repulsive blood on the sheet, no shower door and could video the AC who did tractor noise ddurring the night.. The front desk was shocked.. she also said- yes we know.. it is old place. Well.. no surprises..

Three days vacation with my wife

The best location. The front desk staff was professional. The room was cleaned every day. The sheets and towels were changed every day. The breakfast was good. The air conditioning was nice.. The best thing for me and my wife was that the bad was big enough and not noisy. I should visit the hotel again after two months.

The small beach in front of the hotel is not enough for all the guests of the hotel. The sea water was not transparent, but all the beaches in the area of this village are the same. The staff of the cafe in the hotel can't make a cappuccino.
