House with private yard

Lots and lots of ants. All over the house. It was difficult to sleep because the ants were on the beds. The hous was not "isolated" even from the pictures it looks like a bit private. The guests in the house near were very noisy. If you plan a quite vacation with the kids - forget.

Exceptional

We traveled as two families to Nikiti and we had a great relaxing time in a wonderful house. A greek older couple welcomed us so friendly, I never had that like this before in any houses!!! They explained us everything nicely and they even filled up the refrigerator with some softdrinks and sweets. How sweet! The house was very clean and everything was there in the kitchen for cooking (enough dishes, some spices, sugar, coffee). We enjoyed to sit in the roof garden for the meals, everybody had space at a big table. We were 5 kids and 3 adults and the 3 sleepingrooms and 2 bathrooms were perfect for us. Our biggest child slept in a comfortable bed in the livingroom to the terrace. The garden with the gras was perfect for playing with the kids. Little kittens visited us every day, that was great for the kids. The house is located in a quiete residential area, the tourismmile with restaurants and little shops is close to walk and you hear nothing from any bustle in the evening. Also comfortable for us was the close supermarket and we appreciated the short walk to the beach, just a few minutes. The contact to Alexis by mobile phone was easy. He gave us advices, helped us, whenever we had questions, we texted him and everything was easy to communicate. The highlight was to the end. Alexis Dad brought us by car to the busstation in the midday heat, so our kids didn´t need to walk. Thank you so much!!! We recommend this vacation home, for us was everything perfect! We had an amazing stay at Private Paradise in Nikiti. The house has a great location: next to the beach, the shops and restaurants. The garden is very well maintained, there are all the facilities airconditiooners, all necessary kitchen staff and compliments with coffee, croissants, muffins, and cold drinks in the fridge. The host took care during the whole stay, and his amazing parents did a very warm welcome and a goodbuy. We really enjoyed our stay and we are highly recommending the Private Paradise in Nikiti.

A wonderful vacation spot

We visited the Private Paradise house and stayed there for a week. Communication with our hosts was easy and they were always available upon necessity. The house is located in a very calm area, the amazing sunrises and sunsets made our days very pleasant. Our first impression was from the yard - it was breath-taking with incredible palms and roses. Our pet was able to run around, rest and play. After that our hosts showed us around the house - we saw a spacious lounge area which was spacious enough for our whole family consisting of four adults. The lounge area is connected to the kitchen which is equipped with a capsule coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, huge fridge freezer and numerous other useful utilities. There is a powerful air-conditioning system in the house which we rarely had to use as the house itself is cool on the inside given its three balconies in front of every room. It was meticulous, there were spare bed linen and a new package of towels for each one of us. There are mosquitoes all over the area at this time of the year but the whole house is well sealed with window and door mosquito nets so we didn’t even notice the mosquito presence outside the house. Our favourite spot was the balcony in front of the lounge area which is equipped with a big table, chairs and armchairs, and an awning. Apart from this, there is a garden gazebo at the rear of the house and it is well equipped for having a bbq party. The beach is located at a 5-6 minute walking distance from the house. We came by car and visited the Saint George beach which turned out to be a great bay with crystal sand and clear water. It is a stunning place! We will definitely return next year! We’d like to sincerely thank Alexis and his parents who have built and maintained this heavenly place!

Everything was perfect! Hosts were very kind and helpful about everything! The residence was fully equipped. The location was very convenient and close to a number of wonderful beaches. I definitely recommend it and I am looking forward to visiting it again!!!

I would like to thank Alexis and his parents for their hospitality. The description and the facilities list are 100% true, the house is very well equipped and very comfortable even if you travel with a big family (there were 8 of us there for 9 nights). I would only emphasize few points that are probably not clear from the Booking description: 1. Size and design: The first surprise came when we found that the house was bigger than it looked on the pictures provided. For example, the terrace is big enough to accommodate a table for 8 persons and still there is place left. Rooms are also quite big especially if we compare them with those of other holiday homes in Halkidiki area we have stayed before. This is probably due to the fact that the owners sometimes actually stay there themselves and the house was not built solely for the tourist purposes. It is cozy and has a personal touch. Our women praised the kitchen - all sorts of plates, cutlery, glasses etc. (lots of them), a dishwasher, a big fridge. The house is smartly positioned: in the morning you have a natural shadow on the terrace, in the evening in the grill area. 2. Location: The house is located in a quiet area of the village without the noise and abusive lights of the night life. However, if you want to socialize, the bars and restaurants are a quite short walking distance. So are a very nice bakery, a fruit shop and a Masoutis supermarket (well, I guess five minutes walk). The sea shore is also a quite short walking distance We enjoyed our stay very much.
