Spotless location.The most clean place I have been.A very quiet place also, you can really recharge your batteries.Close to the beach, cristal clear water , a lots of restaurants in the very close proximity. We were a group of 6 families and we all loved it.

Our stay at Leon Villas in Nikiti, Sithonia, Greece, was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Kostas and his father, Leonidis, whose hospitality made us feel like part of their family. Their genuine kindness and attentiveness as owners set the tone for an unforgettable experience.
The location of Leon Villas is simply perfect. Nestled in the heart of Nikiti, it’s just steps away from the stunning beaches of Sithonia and close to charming local tavernas, shops, and cafes. The serene surroundings, combined with easy access to the vibrant town, made it an ideal spot for both relaxation and exploration.
The villas themselves were spotless, reflecting an impressive level of cleanliness and care. Every detail, from the pristine linens to the sparkling facilities, showed the dedication Kostas and Leonidis put into maintaining their property. It felt like a true home away from home, with modern amenities and a cozy, inviting atmosphere.
What truly touched our hearts were the generous gifts from Kostas and Leonidis. Their thoughtful gestures, paired with their warm company, made our stay even more memorable. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, always with a smile and a kind word.
We cannot recommend Leon Villas highly enough! Thank you, Kostas and Leonidis, for your incredible hospitality, the immaculate accommodations, and the beautiful memories we’ll cherish forever. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

The villa is new and has a well-kept yard and a clean swimming pool
unlike the description of the villa, the beach is quite far, in the pictures it looks like it is the first row of the sea, but only apparently...all in all, it is not worth the money they charge
