Everything! The villa is amazing and have all the things you need for your vacay. You can park your car right in front of the villa and you have your private garden, also in front of the villa. The villas have an amazing design and are very clean and comfortable. And also, the family who manages the property is very nice and is there to help you with everything you need.

-Third floor bedrooms don't have bathroom on the same floor - there was no cleaning or change of sheets and towels for the 7 nights we stayed

Perfect stay

Everything was perfect. Nothing to complain about. The house is new and fully equipped with everything you need. We will come back if we have another trip to Nikiti. Thank you!

There is room for improvement for whole Nikiti town

It was not warm in apartment, even outside was hot. We did not used air condition.

Only location is not so good, 15 min walking to beach

Хубава лятна почивка в Никити

Чудесна местоположение, близо до плажната ивица, ресторанти и магазини, но в същото време извън шумотевицата. Къщата е с достатъчно стаи за нормален престой на две семейства. Едната детска стая е с двуетажно легло, има вариант и за малко дете спящо на отделно легло при родителите в едната спалня. Има миялня и пералня, климатици във всички стаи. Мястото изглежда ново и чисто.

Понякога топлата вода не стига за горната баня, ако в долната някой се къпе. Само едната спалня има телевизор. Бельо и кърпи не се сменяха.
