Spacious Family House with Garden - 5 min walk to Beach

Casa era foarte bine împărțită. Desi am fost un grup de 6 persoane, am simtit loc destul pentru fiecare.

Amplasarea. Mi-a plăcut ca eram foarte aproape de plajă însă nu atât de aproape încât sa fim deranjați de gălăgia de seara de pe faleza.

The house is new. It's near the center, so you can walk there in like 5-10 minutes. Owner was fairly helpful. Beds are comfortable.

A three-bedroom “family” house with… one pan, one bowl, and zero cutting boards or knives? What family can prepare a decent lunch without most of the needed utensils? Ants are everywhere. We vacuumed daily and hosed down the yard repeatedly, but they just kept coming back. The house is just next to a very large construction site. There's no peace from early in the morning until later afternoon. Also, there is no much privacy as all yards are just next to each other without much barriers in between. We also got instructed not to turn on the water heater. Based on what the owner said - the tank is heated by sun, so we could be left without warm water for showering 'only when it's not too sunny, or when it's rainy'. So imagine a scene where you get out of the shower all the way to the street to turn on the switch (yes, it's outside of the house), just because you didn't properly count the clouds and predict how much hot water you have today. I mean - you can limit the temperature so you don't bother your guests to keep track of this. The house is on the street. For some odd reason, it becomes loud at night. Not sure why, but there are motorbikes passing around every 20 minutes with their loud motors screaming. It's a small street, partially completed only, but still... the traffic at night is pretty disturbing. And housekeeping isn’t included by default. We stayed for 2 weeks and needed to request cleaning after 10 days approx. They do not offer this by default. For this amount of money, we were expecting clean sheets at least a few times.
