New, great space for three couples or a group of friends

We were staying in Constas Nifea for 4 nights and we were overall pretty satisfied with our stay. The villa is pretty new and nicely equiped, it has AC in all of the three bedrooms which was a nice suprise, and also one in the living room. It has a bathroom upstairs and a toilet downstairs which comes in handy when there's more people staying. It was also pretty spacious and we enjoyed the table in the little yard, which is heavily shaded and very comfortable. The location is pretty good, not too far from the beach and in a pretty quiet part of the town, with some stores close to it. It was pretty clean upon arrival, but nobody came to clean or change the sheets or towels while we were staying there.

No cleaning service while staying. The water pressure was also constantly bad, especially in the evening when it often became non existant in both bathrooms, so it was very hard for us to shower or wash anything, and while I do understand that its a problem in most of Greece, I think it could be helped a little with a better shower head. Also, the wifi wasn't working the whole time we were there (our phones couldn't even detect it, like it doesnt exist, and not only in the evening), so I complained and they told me to try another one, but when I told them that its still not working, I got no reply. Other than that, everything was fine.

Würde ich nicht wieder buchen

Die Vermietung hat sich bemüht alles so gut es geht in Ordnung zu bringen. Es war sauber und die Klimaanlage hat einen guten Job gemacht

5m hinter dem Haus war eine große Baustelle. Hiervon wurde bei bei Booking und auch in dem privaten Kontakt nichts erwähnt. Auf die Nachfrage, bei Ankunft, ob dort gearbeitet wird gab es ein "natürlich". Kurz nach 6 Uhr ging es dann auch los. Gott sei Dank wurde am 2 Tag die Decke geschüttet und dann war Pause. Die Vermietungsgesellschaft meinte zwar sie hätten das geklärt, aber ich weiß nicht ob es daran lag. Aus meiner Sicht kann man nicht den vollen Preis verlangen, wenn so eine Baustelle da ist, oder muss zumindest daraufhin weisen. Ein kleiner Rabatt wurde mit der Begründung, Booking hätte schon die Rechnung geschrieben, abgelehnt. Das zum äußerlichen. Die Möbel sind abgewohnt, Schranktüren klemmen und Küchenausstattung ist minimalistisch, sollte man wirklich kochen wollen. Es gibt keine wärme im Haus, alles ist praktisch eingerichtet. Halt ohne Liebe.
