It was tucked away and was a beautiful cottage.
Nothing. It was Perfect

We enjoyed the hot tub and comfy front room.
Drain smell in kitchen, no draining board, cobwebs behind tv and ceiling and radiator in kitchen could do with a clean. The shower in the 3 bedroom was blocked with hair a slime which I cleaned but not brilliant cos I didn’t have cleaning equipment, the water wasn’t going down the drain which is why I looked.

Location was really good and the cottage was very comfortable and well equipped. Especially enjoyed the hot tub which was really nice. Very good value for money and property met all of our needs. Also I had to change our dates and very short notice and this was dealt with really quickly and efficiently and it was very much appreciated as we came to visit family for a funeral.

The property was absolutely lovely, when we walked in we noticed how clean it was, we absolutely loved the hot tub it was our favourite part, the house in general was gorgeous
There isn’t really a lot I can fault this property for but one thing I will say is the mattress was really hard so didn’t really get much sleep, and the shower floor when wet does get so slippery I did slip over in the shower other than this it was perfect

Lovely home from home. Very comfortable stay. The Brick Kilns pub across the road is a bonus serving very good food. Norwich city centre is just a short drive away. We have stayed before and will definitely book again.

Perfect location for what we needed, cottage was clean and tidy, has a new lovely big comfortable sofa in the lounge. Beds were extremely comfortable, host was lovely and very accommodating when we had my niece come and stay with us too.

The upstairs was superb - 2 en-suite bedrooms were well thought out. Decent curtains & blinds kept out the light, nice towels, linen and comfortable pillows. Bedside lights and plenty of sockets. Soap etc. provided. The lounge was comfortable with seating for 5, and there are TVs in every room. The off-road parking area was really handy, right outside the entrance, and the cottage location brilliant for exploring Norfolk and Norwich.
This is a fab little property if you're planning on eating out or getting takeaways. However if you plan on cooking, the kitchen lets down the rest of the property. The fridge is way too small for a property that sleeps 5, with an unnecessary icebox taking up space in it as there is a separate freezer. Both badly needed defrosting. There is no other food storage space in the kitchen, just 1 wall cupboard in a separate utility room. The microwave is also inconveniently in the utility room as there's only 1 double socket over the countertop, used for the kettle and toaster. There is no countertop next to the cooker so nowhere to put utensils or ingredients.
Although the cottage is in a rural location, it is situated right on a crossroads with Norwich Rd. There was a lot of traffic noise very early in the morning, so if you like a lie-in, take your earplugs!

Comfy, had everything we needed, ideal location for us. The owners were very kind, letting us change dates and check in early due to health problems. Much appreciated. Good parking off road.
Long black hair and smear on outside of toilet bowl!! Only one hand towel for the two of us. I know it is a small thing but no salt, although a salt pot (there was pepper). More coasters would help so we don’t put cups on wood 😀

self catering, breakfast in pub opposite was great thanks!
The outside space was secure for my dog and a nice spot to sit with a G&T in the evening on arrival, Thank you
Also there is a secure Dog Park just a kilometre or so up the road and that was superb for giving our dog a run.

Clean, comfortable and good size rooms with everything we needed.
Gate was a little worrying, only as we have a big dog. Shower temperature seemed stuck in the triple room. Everything else was good.

Clean, comfortable dog-friendly property which was perfect for our short break. Two large bedrooms, both ensuite with lovely big showers and very comfortable beds. Friendly, helpful owners. Well equipped kitchen. Private off street parking. I recommend the Brick Kilns pub, literally over the road, for delicious food.

It was the perfect size for a family of 5 to stay. The bedrooms were big and comfy, all ensuite. The kitchen and the living room were a great size, cosy but could easily fit the 5 of us. Great parking for multiple cars. The amenities on site were great and very thoughtful touches by the owners with some nice biscuits, tea, coffee, jams etc. The owners were super responsive and helpful with suggestions of local places to visit. The location was great in a lovely village a short distance from Norwich city centre, Wroxham, Broads, The Walled Garden etc. We had a great stay and would definitely stay again, thanks you!

The house is beautifully prepared. The beds were very comfortable. Everywhere was clean and tidy. The location is really good. It's handy for trips to the broads or into Norwich. An excellent place to stay. If you don't fancy cooking, there is a nice pub (The Brick Kilns) very close that serves a superb Full English breakfast,
I can't think of anything we didn't like.

Enough room for 3 people due to bedrooms up’s stairs and lounge downstairs.
Shower temperature not hot enough

Parking on site.
Both bedrooms were ensuite.
Nice views.
Good size private patio.
A bit of maintenence here and there would make it even more
better.
On a busy junction so some traffic noise.

It was well positioned to explore Norfolk and Suffolk. So much to do there. Individual bathrooms were a plus. Convenient pub across the road, for when you just don't feel like cooking.
The creaky floors were a little off-putting, unable to do anything quietly. No dryer. Shower door in room 1 did not open fully, making access difficult.

comfortable beds and sofa and good location. Spacious
Fraid carpet (trip hazard)
blocking bathroom sink
No hot tub (though it was advertised on your site)
Poor quality carpets
Main oven switch broken so unable to use
Chipped and stained crockery
Overly noisy floorboards
No wi fi for last 15 hours of our stay
Cupboard door in utility room hanging off
Dangerous broken paving slab on entry to property
Shower cubicles need new sealant due to mould

location
cottage could do with some TLC and a good clean and de cobwebbing , A few peanuts were on living room floor which our puppy tried to eat , bathroom sink blocked , cups chipped to be honest every disappointed as we were with friends

Very comfortable house with all the facilities provided. Easy parking and only a 20 minute drive to Norwich city centre.
The only fault I could raise was the lack of a draining board which meant washing and drying cups and plates etc a bit trickier than it could have been.

Easy to find/check in, plenty of parking, good location
No fuss accommodation with great comms from owners
Great value so nothing to dislike about that

The cottage is spacious and very comfortable and in an ideal location for plenty of day trips. We had a lovely time!

The comfort of the beds and furniture was excellent, everything there to cook and clean. Nice having TV's in all rooms plus comfortable furniture. Showers fine and bathrooms.
Fire very noisy in living room, so could not use so we were cold at times and heating in rooms not great for time of year. Carpets a bit worn on stairs and a trip hazard going into lounge but we were comfortable.
